5. Setup and Charging

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the USB charging cable to the massager and a 5V 2A power adapter (not included). The digital display will show the charging progress. A full charge takes approximately 2-3 hours.

5.2 Wearing the Belt

1. Unfold the belt and position the heating/vibration pads over your lower back or desired area.
2. Wrap the main belt around your waist and secure it with the Velcro fasteners.
3. If needed, attach the extension belt (if included with your model) to achieve a comfortable and snug fit.
4. Adjust the belt to ensure the heating and vibration elements are in direct contact with your skin for optimal effect.

6. Operating Instructions

The device features a user-friendly digital display controller with touch buttons.

6.1 Power On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the power button (usually the central button with a flame icon or a general power symbol) for a few seconds until the display lights up.
• To power off, press and hold the power button again until the display turns off.

6.2 Adjusting Heating Modes

• Press the heating button (flame icon) to cycle through the 3 heating modes: Low (113°F/45°C), Mid (131°F/55°C), High (149°F/65°C).
• The current temperature will be displayed on the screen.

6.3 Adjusting Vibration Modes

• Press the vibration button (wave icon) to cycle through the 3 vibration modes: Low, Mid, High intensity.

6.4 Switching Temperature Units (°C/°F)

• To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), long press both the heating and vibration buttons simultaneously.

6.5 Anti-False Touch Mode

• To activate or deactivate the anti-false touch mode, short press the power button. This prevents accidental changes to settings during use.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

• Ensure the device is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
• Wipe the surface of the belt with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Do not submerge the belt in water.
• Allow the belt to air dry completely before storing or next use.
