4. Operating Instructions
Power on the device and operate it according to the instructions provided. The module supports 32 functions (P-11 to P-48), which can be set arbitrarily. Any parameters set are memorized after power off.
Signal 1 corresponds to Relay 1, and Signal 2 corresponds to Relay 2. The two channels can be triggered simultaneously, independently, and do not affect each other. Each signal indicator corresponds to its respective relay.
Function List (P-11 to P-48):
- P-11: Jog - Signal relay pulls in; relay stops when signal disappears.
- P-12: Self-locking - Signal relay turns on once; turns off with another signal.
- P-13: Signal Trigger (Fixed Delay) - Relay closes on signal, automatically stops after A seconds. Triggering is invalid during delay.
- P-14: Signal Trigger (Retriggerable Delay) - Relay closes on signal, automatically stops after A seconds. Triggering during delay restarts timing.
- P-15: Signal Trigger (Superposition Delay) - Relay closes on signal, automatically stops after A seconds. Triggering during delay adds to timer.
- P-16: Signal Trigger (Reset Delay) - Relay closes on signal, automatically stops after A seconds. Triggering during delay resets the timer.
- P-17: Signal Disconnect Delay - Relay closes on signal. When signal disconnects, timing A seconds starts. Relay turns off after A seconds. Signal output is maintained during delay.
- P-18: Power-on Delay Off - After power-on, relay closes immediately, turns off after A seconds. Stays off until next power-on.
- P-21: Signal Delay On - On signal, after A seconds delay, relay closes.
- P-22: Signal Duration On - On signal for more than A seconds, relay closes. Relay stops when signal disappears.
- P-23: Signal Disappearance Delay On - After signal disappears for more than A seconds, relay closes. Relay stops when signal disappears again.
- P-24: Signal On, Signal Disappearance Off - On signal, after A seconds, relay closes. After signal disappears for more than A seconds, relay stops.
- P-25: Signal On, Second Signal Off - On signal, after A seconds, relay closes. On another signal for more than A seconds, relay stops.
- P-26: Signal On/Off Delay - On signal, relay closes for A seconds then stops. When signal disappears, relay closes again for A seconds then stops.
- P-27: Pulse Signal On/Off - If pulse signal, relay stops. If no pulse signal, relay closes for A seconds. (Continuous signal or signal disappearance is considered no pulse signal).
- P-28: Power-on Delay On - After power-on, after A seconds delay, relay closes until power is off.
- P-31: Infinite Loop (A On, B Off) - After power-on, relay closes for A seconds, disconnects for B seconds, infinite loop. Power off stops.
- P-32: Signal Controlled Infinite Loop - On signal, starts P-31 infinite loop. When signal disappears, loop terminates.
- P-33: Dual Signal Controlled Infinite Loop - First signal starts P-31 infinite loop. Second signal terminates loop.
- P-34: Power-on Delay On/Off - After power-on, relay closes after A seconds delay, stops after B seconds.
- P-35: Signal Delay On/Off - On signal, after A seconds delay, relay closes. Stops after B seconds.
- P-36: Signal On/Off with Clear - On signal, after A seconds, relay closes. After B seconds, relay stops. Signal disappears, timer clears and stops.
- P-37: Signal Triggered A+B Cycle - On signal, relay closes for A seconds then stops. After stopping, counts for B seconds. Signal trigger invalid within A+B time.
- P-38: Signal Triggered A-B-A Cycle - On signal, relay closes for A seconds then stops. After stopping, counts for B seconds, then closes again for A seconds.
- P-41: Signal Disappearance Trigger - No action on signal. Triggers when signal disappears. Relay disconnects after A time delay.
- P-42: Signal Disappearance Delay Work - Signal disappears. After A seconds delay, relay works. Works for B time then ends.
- P-43: Signal Disappearance Extended Delay Work - Signal disappears. After A time exceeds, relay works. Works for B time then ends.
- P-44: Multi-Pulse Trigger - After receiving signal more than A times, relay closes for B seconds and stops.
- P-45: Power-on Dual Relay Sequential - After power-on, Relay 1 works for A seconds then disconnects. Relay 2 works for B seconds then disconnects.
- P-46: Signal Dual Relay Sequential - On Signal 1, Relay 1 works for A seconds then disconnects. Relay 2 works for B seconds then disconnects.
- P-47: Signal Dual Relay Overlap - On Signal 1, Relay 1 works for A seconds. Relay 2 starts working. After B seconds, both Relays 1 and 2 disconnect.
- P-48: Power-on Dual Relay Complex Cycle - After power-on, Relay 1 works for A seconds and disconnects. Stops for B seconds. Relay 2 works for C seconds and disconnects. Stops for D seconds.
