6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the Lens
Use the provided lens cleaning cloth or a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the projector lens. Avoid using abrasive materials or liquid cleaners directly on the lens.
6.2 Cooling System
The W2 projector features dual integrated fans for efficient cooling performance. To ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating:
- Do not block the ventilation openings on the projector.
- Operate the projector in a well-ventilated area.
- Regularly check for dust accumulation on the vents and clean if necessary.

7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Common Issues and Solutions
- No image or distorted image:
- Check power connections.
- Adjust focus and keystone correction.
- Ensure the correct input source is selected.
- No sound:
- Check volume levels on both the projector and connected device.
- Ensure external speakers are properly connected or paired via Bluetooth.
- If using Bluetooth, ensure it's connected before screen mirroring.
- Screen mirroring issues with streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu):
- Due to HDCP copyright protection, direct wireless mirroring of these services from phones/tablets is generally not supported by most projectors.
- Solution: Use an external streaming device like an Amazon Fire TV Stick, Google TV, or other TV box connected via HDMI to play content from these services.
- Cannot connect Bluetooth speaker after wireless screen mirroring:
- You must connect the Bluetooth speaker first via the projector's "Default setting menu" before initiating the screen mirroring function.
- Image not clear or blurry:
- Adjust the focus ring on the lens.
- Ensure the projection distance is within the recommended range (1.5-6.0 meters).
- Clean the projector lens with a soft cloth.
- "Missing Lens Cover" concern:
- The W2 mini projector does not have a traditional removable lens cover. The lens is designed to be hidden within the projector path when not in use, providing protection.
8. User Tips
- For the best viewing experience, especially for movies and games, use the projector in a dark environment.
- When connecting external Bluetooth speakers, ensure they are paired with the projector before starting any screen mirroring sessions to avoid audio conflicts.
- If you encounter issues with copyrighted streaming content (e.g., Netflix, Hulu) during screen mirroring, consider using a dedicated streaming stick or box connected via HDMI.
- Regularly clean the lens and ensure the cooling vents are unobstructed to maintain optimal performance and extend the projector's lifespan.
9. Warranty and Support
