Troubleshooting
- Batteries not charging: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the charging station and the power source. Verify that the batteries are correctly seated in their slots and that the individual LED indicators are red.
- LED indicators not working: Check the power connection. If the station is powered but LEDs are off, try pressing the touch control button to cycle through RGB modes, as the 'No Light' mode might be active.
- Short playing time: While batteries offer 20 hours of play, battery performance can degrade over many charge cycles. Ensure batteries are fully charged before use. If issues persist after many cycles, consider replacing the batteries.
- Safety Features: The charging station is equipped with an intelligent chip to ensure safe charging. This includes protection against over-charging, over-heating, over-circuit, and over-current. If any of these protections are triggered, the charging process may temporarily halt.

User Tips
- Rotate Batteries: If you have multiple controllers, consider rotating the use of your rechargeable batteries to ensure even wear and consistent performance across all.
- Optimal Placement: Place the charging station in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating during charging, especially if using RGB lighting for extended periods.
- Power Source: For fastest charging, use a dedicated USB wall adapter with sufficient power output rather than a console's USB port, which may have lower power delivery.
- Controller Compatibility: While the batteries are compatible with many Xbox controllers, ensure your specific controller model's battery compartment is designed for this type of rechargeable battery pack.
