The satellite navigation system utilizes advanced intelligent voice navigation technology to provide detailed navigation information, assisting you during the driving process. Its rich entertainment system offers a comprehensive and personalized experience for your car life. This powerful and highly open intelligent vehicle information system is designed to enhance your driving experience with new joys and modern conveniences.

2. Important Safety Warnings
To ensure your personal safety, the safety of your car, and others, please adhere to the following basic requirements:
- Read all relevant instructions carefully before using this device. Any damage to the unit caused by failure to follow these instructions will void the warranty.
- For driving safety and to avoid violating traffic rules, do not watch programs or operate the machine while driving.
- To avoid short circuits, do not expose this unit to rain.
- To prevent short circuits, do not place or leave any metal objects (such as coins or metal tools) inside the device.
- Use the machine according to this manual. Do not attempt to open the machine for maintenance yourself. If maintenance is required, please take it to a professional service center.
- When the engine is off, avoid using the car audio for extended periods, as this may drain the car battery.
- Do not insert objects into ventilation slots or other openings of the device.

Cleaning Equipment

3. Product Overview
The MEKEDE Intelligent Car Audio-visual Navigation System is designed for Citroen Berlingo B9 and Peugeot Partner models from 2008-2019. It features a 9-inch touch screen display and runs on Android 13/14.

Panel Buttons and Functions
The device features physical buttons on the left side of the panel for quick access to common functions. Refer to the diagram below for button identification and their functions.

4. Setup and Installation
Professional installation is recommended to avoid damage to the device or vehicle. Ensure all power is disconnected before beginning installation.
4.1. Initial Power On
When you insert the car key and turn on the ACC power supply, the device will automatically power on and display the start-up LOGO animation. When you remove the car key and turn off the ACC power supply, the device will automatically shut down.
4.2. Connecting the Rear View Camera
Follow these steps to connect the rear view camera:
- Red cable (2) connects to the back light "+".
- Black cable (1) connects to the "GND".
- The reverse detection cable (4) (Brown color) connects to the red cable (3) extending from the video output cable.

4.3. Setting Steering Wheel Controls
Steering wheel controls allow you to manage music and hands-free calling for safer driving. The setup varies depending on whether your unit includes a Canbus box.
If your unit includes a Canbus box:
- Before setup, confirm the Canbus box and 8-pin serial cable are connected to the multimedia unit.
- Refer to the provided image to set your car model within the system settings.

If your unit does NOT include a Canbus box:
You will need to manually learn the steering wheel controls. Navigate to the "Keys" section in the system settings. Follow the on-screen instructions for "Steering wheel button learn" or "Panel button learn".
- Enter the "Key Learning" interface from the Application interface.
- Click "Start Learning" and select the touch button you wish to program on the interface.
- Press the corresponding physical button on your steering wheel or panel.
- Click "Save" to store the learned state.
- Repeat these steps until all desired keys are programmed.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Main Interface Navigation
To access the main interface, press the physical Home button on the panel or tap the Home icon on the screen. You can swipe left or right on the screen to navigate through different pages of the main interface.


5.2. Drop-down Settings Bar
In any mode, pull down and swipe the touch screen from the top to display the drop-down Settings bar. This bar provides quick access to multiple shortcut switches, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, screen saver, screen off, and auto brightness. You can also adjust brightness and volume from here.

5.3. Task Manager
Click the Task Manager icon to view currently running applications. You can swipe left/right on an application or click the "Close" button to terminate it.

5.4. Application Program
Tap the "App" icon to open the application interface, which contains both built-in and third-party applications. Swipe left or right to browse through the pages.

For third-party application installation:
- Download the APK file to a memory card or USB flash drive.
- Insert the memory card or USB drive into the unit.
- From the Application interface, open the "File Manager" to locate and install the downloaded APK.

5.5. Music Player
The music player supports audio files from USB, SD card, and built-in storage (MP3, WMA, WAV, M4A, MID, etc.). If an unsupported format is played, a message will indicate it cannot be played.
To start the music player, click the music plug-in button or double-click an audio file in the "File Browse" interface.

5.6. Bluetooth Phone
To use the Bluetooth phone function, click the "Bluetooth Phone" icon in the application interface.

Pairing a Bluetooth Device:
- Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
- On the car stereo, open the "Bluetooth pairing" interface and turn on the pairing switch (OFF/ON) to enable matching.
- Search for the car stereo (within 10m) using your mobile phone's Bluetooth device list.
- After selecting the device, a "Bluetooth Pairing Request" pop-up box will appear on your phone. Click "Pair" or enter the PIN code (default is "0000" or "1234") to connect.

Contacts and Call History:
After successful phone connection, click "Contacts" to synchronize your phonebook. You can view the contact list and numbers, and tap a contact to initiate a quick call. You can also clear phonebook information. Click "Call History" to view missed, received, and dialed calls. Long press a contact in the call history to quickly call them back.

Making a Call:
Click "Dial" to open the dial interface. Enter the number using the keypad and click the call icon. The entered number will be displayed, allowing for quick dialing.

Call Interface:
During a call, you can hang up, transfer the call between handset and car audio, mute, or access the numeric keypad. If you are in another application, the call interface will appear as a floating circle. Click it to connect, and it will switch to the full call interface. Hanging up the call (either from the unit or your phone) will make the floating window disappear.

5.7. Navigation Map
Click the "Navigation" icon on the main interface to launch the navigation program (e.g., Google Maps). You can exit the navigation screen by pressing the Home button, but navigation will continue in the background.

Important Navigation Notes:
- Ensure the host is correctly connected to the satellite dish. The satellite dish needs to receive signals during startup to update internal information.
- Verify the vehicle is not in an area with poor satellite reception (e.g., tunnels, under bridges, near tall buildings).
- Always set your navigation destination while parked. Do not operate navigation while driving.
- Navigation software allows you to find destinations using various retrieval functions. Once set, the system will plan the route and guide you.
- For familiar areas, driving on your own may be more suitable than strictly following software-mapped routes.
- Navigation map companies continuously update their maps due to rapid urban development. Please update your navigation map information regularly.
5.8. System Settings
Click the "Settings" icon to access the System Settings screen. Swipe up and down to view all available settings, including WLAN, Navigation, Display, Wallpaper, Reverse Camera, Radio, Date and Time, Keys, and About.

Wi-Fi Settings:
In the System Settings, click "WLAN" to enter the wireless network settings. Turn on the Wi-Fi switch (OFF/ON). The unit will automatically search for nearby networks. If a password is required, click "Connect" and enter it. The unit will automatically connect to matched networks after restarting.

Navigation Settings:
Click "NAVI" to enter navigation settings. Here you can set the default navigation application (e.g., Google Maps) and adjust the background media volume during navigation.

Display Settings:
Click "Display" to adjust screen brightness, auto brightness, and front/rear visual brightness. You can also set key light behavior and language.

Reverse Camera Settings:
Click "Reverse Camera" to configure settings related to the rearview system, including camera format, guide lines, radar display, mirror function, and mute options. You can also set quick exit options for the rearview display.

Radio Settings:
Click "Radio" to adjust radio signal strength (High, Middle, Low) and control the radio antenna power supply. You can also select the FM area.

Date and Time Settings:
Click "Datetime" to set the date, time, time zone, and enable/disable 24-hour format, automatic date/time, and auto time-zone.

System Settings:
Click "System" to access various system-level settings, including start-up prompt announcement, power on multimedia memory, volume modulation of music, and options to reset to factory settings.

Factory Settings: To access factory settings, click "Factory Settings" within the System settings and enter the password "8888".
Restore Factory Settings: This operation will delete third-party software and reset current system settings. Navigation data may need to be reinstalled. Exercise caution when performing this operation.

About:
Click "About" to view product information, including product name, model, Android version, software version, and service version.

5.9. Video Rearview System
The system automatically switches to display the rear image of the vehicle when reversing, eliminating blind spots. It includes a third-speed distance reference line for accurate judgment and displays astern radar on the left side, providing visual information about surrounding obstacles.

5.10. Radio Station
Click the "Radio" icon in the application interface to access the radio. The radio supports automatic and manual station searching and saving. When switched to radio playback, the system will automatically play the last station. After an automatic search, the program updates and saves the station list.

There are 12 pre-stored stations in the favorites list. Swipe left and right to view all channels. To bookmark a favorite station, long-press the current channel.
5.11. Video Playback
Tap the "Video" icon in the Application interface to enter the Video File List. Swipe left and right to view video information. The video file displays the cover picture, video name, and playing duration.

Click a video file to enter the video play screen.
5.12. Theme and Wallpaper
From the Application screen, tap the "Theme" icon to customize the interface. You can choose from various themes, screensavers, and wallpapers. The system provides 15 sets of theme styles, and you can also upload custom wallpapers from your album.

For screensavers, click the "Screensaver" button to select different styles. For wallpapers, click the "Wallpaper" button to choose a background picture or customize one from your album.
