2. Camera Components and Controls
Familiarize yourself with the camera's buttons, ports, and indicators.

- Lens: Captures images and videos.
- Power/Mode Button: Press and hold to power on/off. Short press to switch between video, photo, and playback modes.
- OK (Confirm) Button: Confirms selections or starts/stops recording/photo capture.
- Up/WIFI Button: Navigates menus upwards. Long press to activate/deactivate Wi-Fi.
- Down Button: Navigates menus downwards.
- Speaker: For audio playback.

3. Initial Setup
3.1 Charging the Battery
- Connect the camera to a USB power source (5V 1A) using the provided USB cable.
- The charging indicator will illuminate.
- Charging typically takes approximately 2 hours. The indicator will change or turn off once fully charged.
3.2 Inserting a Micro SD Card
A Micro SD card (up to 128GB, Class 10 or higher recommended) is required for recording videos and taking photos.
- Locate the TF card slot on the side of the camera.
- Insert the Micro SD card with the gold contacts facing the back of the camera until it clicks into place.
- To remove, gently push the card until it springs out.
3.3 Powering On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power/Mode Button for a few seconds.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power/Mode Button again for a few seconds.
3.4 Using the Waterproof Case
The waterproof case allows the camera to be used up to 30 meters underwater and protects it from dust and impacts.
- Ensure the camera is securely placed inside the waterproof case.
- Close the latch firmly to ensure a watertight seal.
- Before using underwater, test the empty case for leaks by submerging it in water for a few minutes.
4. Basic Operation
4.1 Switching Modes
After powering on, short press the Power/Mode Button to cycle through the main modes: Video Recording, Photo Mode, and Playback Mode.
4.2 Video Recording
- Switch to Video Recording mode. The video icon will appear on the screen.
- Press the OK Button to start recording. A red dot or timer will indicate recording is in progress.
- Press the OK Button again to stop recording.
4.3 Taking Photos
- Switch to Photo Mode. The camera icon will appear on the screen.
- Press the OK Button to take a photo. The screen may flash briefly.
4.4 Playback
- Switch to Playback Mode.
- Use the Up/WIFI and Down Buttons to navigate through your recorded videos and photos.
- Press the OK Button to view a selected file.
4.5 Wi-Fi Connectivity
The camera features built-in Wi-Fi for connecting to a smartphone app (APP interconnect).
- Long press the Up/WIFI Button to activate Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi icon will appear on the screen.
- On your smartphone, search for the camera's Wi-Fi network and connect to it.
- Open the dedicated camera app (refer to the app's instructions for specific details) to control the camera remotely, view live footage, and transfer files.
- To deactivate Wi-Fi, long press the Up/WIFI Button again.
4.6 Menu Settings
In any mode, short press the Power/Mode Button until you reach the settings menu (often indicated by a gear icon). Use the Up/WIFI and Down Buttons to navigate and the OK Button to select options. Settings include video resolution, photo resolution, loop recording, time-lapse, anti-shake, date/time, language, and more.
5. Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use the provided dust-free cloth to clean the lens and screen. For stubborn dirt, use a lens cleaning solution designed for optics.
- Waterproof Case: After using the waterproof case in saltwater, rinse it with fresh water and let it air dry. Ensure no sand or debris is trapped in the seal.
- Storage: Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove the battery if storing for extended periods.
- Battery Care: Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use, to maintain battery health.
