Setup Guide

1. Initial Bluetooth Connection

For the first-time use, the headphones need to be manually connected to your device's Bluetooth settings.

2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings.

Maintenance and Care

Cleaning:

The MZYMI S07 earbuds and charging case are IPX5 waterproof, making them resistant to splashes and sweat. They can be safely washed with water and mild soap. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them back in the charging case or using them.

Battery Care:

• Low Power Mode: A 3.3V low battery reminder will activate every 60 minutes until the battery is depleted and the device shuts down.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing/connecting:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.

  • Forget "MZYMI S07" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again from scratch.
  • Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again to reset.
• Only one earbud working:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Try placing both earbuds back in the charging case, closing the lid, and then taking them out again.
  • If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds and re-pairing them with your device.
• Low volume or poor sound quality:
  • Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
  • Ensure the earbuds are clean and free from debris that might block the sound.
  • Try different ear tips for a better seal in your ear canal.
• Earphone lighting effect:
  • When charging, the white light is on; it turns off when fully charged.
  • After turning on, the white light flashes rapidly. If both left and right ears are successfully paired, the main ear's white light flashes rapidly, and the auxiliary ear's light does not light up.
  • After connecting to the phone, the light goes out (no playback/call, etc.).
  • No light effect when low battery.
