Troubleshooting
- The signal receiving light of the TV stick flashes, and the TV screen turns on in a loop.
- This usually indicates that the power supplied to the device is less than 5V, 2A. Please ensure you are using a 5V, 2A power adapter to power the TV Stick.
- The voice remote control Bluetooth pairing interface appears on the TV stick, but the remote control does not respond.
- If you have an infrared-only remote, simply press the return button on the remote to exit the pairing interface. The remote should then function normally. If you have a voice remote, follow the on-screen prompts to perform Bluetooth pairing by pressing and holding the specified button(s) until the pairing interface automatically exits.
- The remote control cannot navigate on some applications.
- This is a common issue for Android TV sticks, as some applications are designed primarily for touchscreens or mouse input. You can connect an external mouse or wireless keyboard to control these applications, or use the remote control's built-in mouse mode (refer to the 'Remote Control Mouse Mode' section in Operating Instructions).
- The TV stick needs to be restarted after using it for a period of time.
- This could be due to incompatible applications or corrupted data. It is recommended to perform a "factory reset" through the device settings. Note that a factory reset will erase all personal data and installed applications.
