- Cloud Storage: AI alarm videos can be stored in the cloud for 7 days for free, with automatic cycle coverage of alarm messages. Other cloud storage services may require payment for activation.
Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance, gently wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the device.
Troubleshooting
- Camera not connecting to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the camera does not support 5GHz. Check Wi-Fi signal strength and router settings.
- Image is upside down: If the camera is wall-mounted, you may need to adjust the image orientation setting within the Mijia APP.
- SD card not recognized: Ensure the MicroSD card is Class10, U1, or U3, and has been formatted. Avoid using Kingston and Lexus memory cards.
