1. Product Overview

The Warmco D3 Portable Fan is a versatile and compact cooling device designed for personal use at home, in the office, or during outdoor activities. It features a powerful 10000mAh rechargeable battery, multiple fan speeds, and a foldable design for portability.

4. Setup and Charging

4.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, the fan must be fully charged. It is recommended to use a 5V2A USB charger. Avoid using USB chargers higher than 5 volts for this model.

The charging time is approximately 2-4 hours for a full charge.

4.2. Positioning the Fan

The fan features an adjustable stand that allows for 180° rotation, enabling you to position it for optimal airflow. It can be placed on a table or hung.

5. Operation

5.1. Fan Speed Control

Use the power button (1) to control the fan speed:

• Press Once: Low wind speed
• Press Twice: Medium wind speed
• Press Three Times: High wind speed
• Press Four Times: Strong wind speed
• Press Five Times: Turn off the fan

5.2. Digital Display

The digital display (3) provides real-time information:

• 1-4: Indicates the current wind speed setting.
• 0-100: Shows the remaining battery percentage.
• Display screen is dark: Indicates low battery, and the fan cannot operate.

5.3. Power Bank Function

The D3 fan can provide emergency charging for your phone. Connect your phone to the fan's USB-C port (2) using an appropriate charging cable.

6. Maintenance & Cleaning

6.1. Cleaning the Fan Panel

To clean the fan blades, the front panel can be removed:

1. Use the provided screwdriver to unscrew the screw at position (4) on the fan.
2. Gently open the upper right corner of the fan at position (2) to detach the panel.

Notice: Do not operate the fan with the panel removed to avoid direct contact with the working fan blades, which could cause injury.

6.2. General Cleaning Guidelines

• Always ensure the power supply is cut off before cleaning.
• Do not use water or other liquids to clean electrical parts (e.g., motor, power switch, charging port).
• If the product was disassembled, avoid touching internal devices with wet hands or objects.

6.3. Prolonging Battery Life

• Keep the D3 charged as much as possible.
• Avoid completely draining the battery or leaving it in a fully discharged state for extended periods.
• If storing the fan for an extended period (e.g., off-season), charge it monthly or at least every three months to maintain battery health.

7. Safety Warnings

• This product is not a toy. Children under 14 years old should use it under adult supervision.
• Do not put hands or foreign objects into the fan outlet to avoid injury or damage.
• Do not use this product in humid environments such as bathrooms, sinks, or near swimming pools.
• Do not use wet objects to plug or unplug the power supply to avoid electric shock or short circuit.
• This product is not waterproof. Do not soak it in water. If it accidentally gets wet, wipe it dry immediately.
• The product has a built-in battery. Do not use it in high-temperature environments (above 60°C), such as enclosed cars, near stoves, or heaters.
• Do not use this product while charging without supervision.
• Do not use a power adapter higher than 5V for charging (e.g., fast chargers for mobile phones).
• If the battery becomes excessively hot, emits odor, deforms, is abrased, cut, or shows any abnormal phenomenon, immediately stop all use and contact the manufacturer.
• Be cautious of low-temperature burns.

8. Battery Information & Disposal

This product contains a lithium-ion rechargeable battery pack. All rechargeable batteries degrade over time. When the battery no longer retains a charge, it must be disposed of properly.

• Never dispose of batteries in household garbage.
• Collect batteries separately and recycle them according to local regulations.

9. Troubleshooting

• Fan not turning on / Digital display dark: The battery may be low. Charge the fan fully. If the device automatically stops output due to low battery, charge the fan and then restart the output function.
• Fan not providing sufficient airflow: Check the fan speed setting and increase it if necessary. Ensure the fan panel is clean and free from obstructions.
• Fan making unusual noises: Ensure the fan panel is securely attached and there are no foreign objects obstructing the blades. If the issue persists, discontinue use and contact support.
• Battery issues (overheating, odor, deformation): Immediately stop using the fan and contact the manufacturer.

10. User Tips

• For optimal cooling, position the fan to allow for good air circulation.
• Utilize the 180° rotation feature to direct airflow precisely where needed.
• Keep an eye on the digital battery display to know when to recharge, especially when using the power bank function.
• When traveling, consult your airline regarding specific requirements for carrying devices with lithium-ion batteries.

11. Warranty & Support

11.1. Limited Warranty

The Warmco D3 Portable Fan comes with a 3-year limited warranty covering material or workmanship defects from the date of purchase.

11.2. Warranty Terms and Exclusions

To claim warranty service, the fault must be reported to customer service, and proof of purchase must be provided.

The warranty does NOT COVER:

• Incidental or consequential damage caused by possible defects.
• Damage caused by improper power supply voltage, accidents, fire, floods, or acts of nature.
• Product failure resulting from unauthorized modifications.
• Improper installation or failure to perform necessary maintenance.
