4. Setup

3. Assemble Bowl: Ensure the stainless steel juice collection bowl is correctly seated on the motor block.
4. Select Reamer: Choose the appropriate size reamer (one of the 3 provided cones) for the citrus fruit you intend to juice. Place it firmly onto the spindle in the center of the bowl.
5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded 220V electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for efficient juicing:

1. Prepare Fruit: Wash your citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits) and cut them in half.
2. Position Container: Place a glass or juice container directly under the juicer's spout to collect the fresh juice.
3. Start Juicing: Place one half of a citrus fruit onto the reamer.
4. Activate Motor: Firmly press down the handle/lever. The motor will automatically start, and the reamer will begin to spin, extracting juice from the fruit.
5. Extract Juice: Maintain pressure on the handle until all the juice is extracted from the fruit half.
6. Stop Motor: Release the handle/lever. The motor will automatically stop.
7. Repeat: Remove the squeezed fruit half and repeat the process with additional fruit as needed.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Unplug: Always unplug the juicer from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Disassemble: Remove the stainless steel juice collection bowl and the reamer from the motor block.
3. Wash Removable Parts: Wash the stainless steel bowl and the reamer(s) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. These parts are generally dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for longevity.
4. Clean Motor Block/Base: Wipe the exterior of the motor block and the base with a damp cloth. Due to the waterproof motor block design, minor splashes are not an issue, but never immerse the motor block or the entire unit in water or any other liquid.
5. Reassemble/Store: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling the juicer or storing it. Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.
