4. Setup Guide

4.3 WiFi Connection

The Teslong SA39W connects to your mobile device via WiFi for real-time viewing.

  1. Power on the otoscope by pressing and holding the power button. A WiFi indicator light should illuminate.
  2. On your smartphone or tablet, go to your WiFi settings.
  3. Look for a WiFi network named similar to "Teslong-SA39W-XXXX" or "WiFi_Ear_Camera-XXXX" (where XXXX is a unique identifier).
  4. Connect to this network. No password is usually required for the device's direct WiFi.
  5. Once connected, open the installed companion application. The live view from the otoscope camera should appear on your screen.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Attaching Accessories

Before use, select the appropriate ear speculum or ear spoon and gently attach it to the tip of the otoscope. Ensure it is securely fastened.

5.2 General Use

  1. Ensure the otoscope is charged and connected to your mobile device via WiFi as described in the Setup Guide.
  2. Open the companion app to view the live feed.
  3. Gently insert the otoscope tip into the area you wish to inspect (ear canal, nostril, mouth, etc.). Always proceed with caution and avoid forcing the device.
  4. Use the app's interface to capture photos or record videos of the inspection. The app may also offer an image comparison mode for tracking changes over time.
  5. The 6 LED lights provide ample illumination for clear viewing.

The Teslong SA39W is designed for various applications:

5.4 Ear Injury Protection

6. Maintenance
