5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: The camera probe is IP67 waterproof, allowing it to be used in wet environments and cleaned with water. Ensure the WiFi Box is not exposed to water. After use in wet conditions, wipe the probe dry.
  • Battery Care: The WiFi Box contains a 1000mAh battery, providing approximately 4 hours of working time. Recharge the device promptly when the battery is low to prolong its lifespan. Avoid overcharging or completely draining the battery.
  • Cable Management: The endoscope features a hard cable (semi-rigid) for stability. Avoid sharp bends or excessive force when manipulating the cable to prevent damage to the internal pure copper superconducting core.
  • Storage: Store the endoscope and its accessories in a clean, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

  • Poor Image Quality: Check the LED light brightness and adjust as needed. Ensure the camera lens is clean. Verify that the object is within the optimal focal depth (2-10cm).
  • WiFi Disconnection: Ensure there are no strong interfering WiFi signals nearby. Keep the smartphone close to the WiFi Box for a stable connection.
  • Battery Not Charging: Verify the Type-C cable and power adapter are working correctly. Ensure the charging port on the WiFi Box is clean and free of debris.
