3. Setup Guide
3.1 Physical Connections
Before powering on your HUIDUN H20 Mini PC, ensure all necessary peripherals are connected.
- Connect Display: Use an HDMI cable to connect your monitor(s) to the HDMI ports on the back of the Mini PC. The H20 supports up to three displays simultaneously.
- Connect Peripherals: Plug in your keyboard, mouse, and any other USB devices into the available USB 3.0 ports.
- Connect Network: For a wired internet connection, connect an Ethernet cable to one of the RJ45 LAN ports. For wireless connectivity, ensure your Wi-Fi network is available.
- Connect Audio: If using external speakers or headphones, connect them to the 3.5mm phone jack.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the DC-in port on the Mini PC, then connect the adapter to a power outlet.

3.2 Initial Boot-up
- After connecting all peripherals and power, press the power button located on the front of the Mini PC.
- The system will boot up, and you should see the operating system (Windows 11 Pro) loading on your connected display.
- Follow the on-screen instructions for initial Windows setup, including language, region, and network configuration.
3.3 VESA Mounting
The HUIDUN H20 supports VESA back hanging to save space and reduce clutter. Use the included VESA mount bracket and screws to install the Mini PC behind your monitor.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press the power button on the front of the device.
- Power Off: Click the Start button in Windows, then select Power > Shut down. Alternatively, you can press and hold the power button for a few seconds to force a shutdown (not recommended for regular use).
4.2 Windows 11 Pro
The H20 Mini PC comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro, offering a range of features for productivity and entertainment.

4.3 Multi-Display Setup

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cooling System
The H20 Mini PC is equipped with an efficient cooling system, including a 3500 RPM cooling fan and a copper heat pipe, to maintain optimal operating temperatures and prolong CPU lifespan. The active noise-canceling technology ensures quiet operation, typically below 39dB.

5.2 General Cleaning
- Keep the Mini PC in a clean, dust-free environment.
- Periodically clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
- Ensure ventilation openings are clear of obstructions to prevent overheating.
5.3 Software Updates
Regularly update your Windows operating system and drivers to ensure optimal performance and security. Windows Update can be accessed through the Settings menu.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your HUIDUN H20 Mini PC, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the Mini PC and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet if necessary.
- No Display: Verify that the HDMI cable is properly connected to both the Mini PC and the monitor. Check if the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input source.
- No Internet Connection: For wired connections, check the Ethernet cable and your router. For Wi-Fi, ensure the Wi-Fi adapter is enabled in Windows settings and you are connected to the correct network with the correct password.
- Slow Performance: Close unnecessary applications. Check for background processes consuming high CPU or RAM usage in Task Manager. Ensure your system is up-to-date with the latest Windows updates and drivers.
- Peripheral Not Detected: Try plugging the peripheral into a different USB port. Ensure the peripheral's drivers are installed correctly.
