3. Setup and Activation
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first-time use, ensure the earbuds and charging case are fully charged. Place the earbuds into the charging case and connect the charger cable to a power source. The charging case display will indicate charging status.
3.2 App Download and Installation
The translation function requires the dedicated app. Scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the product packaging, or search for 'Nebulabuds APP' in your device's app store (iOS/Android) to download and install.

3.3 Pairing with Your Device
- Ensure the earbuds are charged and taken out of the case to enter pairing mode.
- On your mobile phone, go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
- Select 'PAXA OpenAirUltra AI' (or similar name) to connect.
3.4 Device Activation
After pairing, open the Nebulabuds APP. Follow these steps to activate your device and gain translation benefits:
- Connect earbuds via Bluetooth.
- Go to Nebulabuds APP settings and click on "Bind New Device".
- Enter or scan the activation code (found on the product packaging or within the app).
- Click "Connect".
- Once activated, enjoy your benefits, including free recording and translation for a specified period.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Earbud Controls (Touch Area)
The earbuds feature touch-sensitive areas for various functions:
- Answer/End Call: Click the headset touch area.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the earphone touch area for 2 seconds.
- Start Mobile Voice Assistant: Start the mobile voice assistant.
- Play/Pause: Click the headset touch area.
- Previous Song: Double-click the left earphone touch area.
- Next Song: Double-click the right earphone touch area.
- Volume +: Triple-click the right earphone touch area.
- Volume -: Triple-click the left earphone touch area.

4.2 Charging Case Touch Display Functions
The charging case features a multi-function intelligence touch screen for enhanced control:
- Control headphone volume.
- Remotely control your phone's camera to take photos.
- Adjust brightness, theme, and other settings.
- View earphone pairing status and battery levels.
- Access cycle tracking (if configured via app).

4.3 Translation Features

- Free Talk Mode: For natural, real-time conversations.
- Recording Translation: Translate recorded audio.
- Headphone+Phone Mode: Use one earbud for yourself and the phone for the other person.

The app allows selection of source and target languages for translation. It also supports audio and video chat online translation for 21 languages, where the other party does not need to download the app.

4.5 Find Headphones Function
If the earphones cannot be found, use the 'Find headphones' function in the app. The earphones will emit a sound, making them easier to locate.

4.6 Equalizer Settings
Slide the screen settings on the charging case to select different audio modes: Normal, Rock, POP, Classic, Jazz.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Charging
The earbuds provide approximately 7 hours of usage time on a single charge. The charging case offers an additional 5 charges, totaling up to 50 hours of listening time. The charging time for the case is approximately 1.5 hours.

If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please recharge them to maintain battery health. Always use chargers made by qualified manufacturers.
5.2 General Care
Keep the earbuds and charging case clean and dry. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals. Store them in a safe place when not in use.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Headset Unable to Turn On
Solution: Confirm that the charging case has power left. If the charging case is powered off, place the earphones in the charging case and charge for 1 hour, then try again.
6.2 Sound from Only One Earphone
Solution: Place both earphones back into the charging case and close the cover. Then, take them out again to check if both ears have sound. If only one earphone still has sound, restore the factory settings for both earphones.
6.3 Cannot Connect to Mobile Phone
Solution: Delete the pairing record on your mobile phone, then search for the device and pair again. If earbuds fail to be found by phone, re-enable connectable mode or restore factory settings.
6.4 No Sound When Listening to Music or Calling (Android)
Solution: On Android phones, there is a settings icon on the right side of the Bluetooth connection name. Click to enter, turn off the mobile phone audio and media audio, and then turn them on again. If there is still no sound, please re-pair the earphones with the mobile phone.
6.5 Delay in Video or Games
Explanation: Affected by factors such as the use environment, network, and mobile phone Codec, there may be different degrees of delay when the mobile phone transmits audio data to the earphone.
6.6 Stuck or Intermittent Sound
Solution: If there are many Wi-Fi, 5G, or 4G signals, or high-power electrical appliances nearby, it may cause stuck and intermittent sound. Changing the environment or re-pairing can often resolve the problem.
