Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials. Check for any damage.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the cooking basket and non-stick grid with warm soapy water. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.

Operating Instructions

The Jocca 5L Air Fryer features an intuitive LED touch screen for easy operation.

  1. Power On: Plug in the appliance. The power indicator will light up. Touch the power icon on the LED screen to turn on the display.
  2. Preheating (Optional): For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes. Set the desired temperature and time, then press the start/pause button.
  3. Loading Food: Pull out the cooking basket using the cold touch handle. Place your food onto the non-stick grid. Do not exceed the MAX fill line. Slide the basket back into the appliance until it clicks into place.
  4. Setting Temperature and Time:
    • Manual Setting: Use the temperature control icons (up/down arrows) to adjust the temperature between 80°C and 200°C. Use the timer control icons (up/down arrows) to set the cooking time from 1 to 60 minutes.
    • Predefined Programs: The air fryer comes with 7 predefined programs for common dishes. Touch the 'M' (Mode) button to cycle through the programs. Each program has an automatic adjustment of time and temperature.
  5. Starting Cooking: Press the start/pause button to begin the cooking process.
  6. Shaking/Flipping Food: For even cooking, some foods may require shaking or flipping halfway through the cooking time. The air fryer may beep to remind you. Carefully pull out the basket, shake or flip the food, and then reinsert the basket. The cooking will resume automatically.
  7. Deferred Start Function: Use the deferred start function to program the cooking to begin at a later time. Consult the full manual for detailed instructions on setting this feature.
  8. End of Cooking: The air fryer will automatically shut off and emit an acoustic signal when the set cooking time has elapsed. Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the cooked food to a serving plate.
  9. Power Off: Press and hold the power icon to turn off the appliance, then unplug it from the wall socket.

  1. Cleaning After Each Use: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
