Supported software includes:
- Photos
- forScore
- OnSong
- Foxin PDF
- NextPak
- Image Library
- GoodNotes
- Mobile Sheets
- SongBook
- UnrealBook

5. Maintenance
- Charging: Always use a 5V±10% power transformer for charging to prevent damage to the device.
- Environment: Keep the Cube Turner Pro away from devices that produce strong electromagnetic waves, such as radios and televisions, to avoid interference.
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the device in a cool, dry place.
6. Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the device to a power source using the Type-C cable and allow it to charge.
- Bluetooth not connecting:
- Make sure the Cube Turner Pro is powered on.
- Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, tablet, or computer.
- Check if the device is already paired with another device. If so, disconnect it and try pairing again.
- Try restarting both the Cube Turner Pro and your host device.
- Page turning not working in an application:
- Confirm that the Cube Turner Pro is successfully connected via Bluetooth or USB.
- Check the selected operating mode. Some apps may require specific modes (e.g., modes 5-7 for certain iOS/Android apps) to function correctly.
- Ensure the application itself supports external page-turning devices.
- TRS connection not working:
- Ensure the Cube Turner Pro is powered OFF when connecting via the TRS port.
- Verify that you are using a stereo (TRS) 1/4" (6.5mm) cable and that it is securely connected to both the Cube Turner Pro and the external equipment.
- Check the settings on your external equipment to ensure it is configured to receive momentary switch signals.

8. User Tips
- For optimal performance on Android and iOS devices, if the first four modes (keyboard key replacements) do not work as expected for page turning in certain applications, try switching to modes 5, 6, or 7. These modes are often more compatible with music and page-flipping applications as they simulate touch gestures.
- When utilizing the TRS output to control external equipment, always ensure the Cube Turner Pro is powered off before making any cable connections. This practice helps prevent potential signal issues or damage to connected devices.
- To maximize battery life, remember to turn off the Cube Turner Pro when it is not in use.
