4. Setup
4.1 Powering the Device
Your cassette player can be powered in two ways:
- Battery Power: Open the battery compartment and insert 2 AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.
- USB Power: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the "DC 5V" port on the player and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.


4.2 Loading a Cassette Tape

4.3 Connecting Headphones

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Playing a Cassette Tape
- Ensure a cassette tape is loaded and headphones are connected.
- Press the "Play tape" button.
- Adjust the "Volume adjustment knob" to your desired listening level.
- Use the "Tape fast forward and rewind" buttons to navigate through the tape.
- To stop playback, press the "Stop Playing tape" button.


5.2 Recording with the Built-in Microphone
This feature allows you to record your voice or ambient sounds directly onto a blank cassette tape.
- Insert a blank cassette tape into the player.
- Press the "Record press to start recording" button. The player will begin recording audio through its built-in microphone.
- To stop recording, press the "Stop Playing tape" button.
- Important: Do not use cassette tapes with existing audio for recording, as this will erase the original content.


5.3 Converting Cassette to MP3/WAV
To digitize your cassette tapes, you will need a computer with the provided software installed.
- Install the conversion software from the included Software CD onto your computer.
- Connect the cassette player to your computer using the USB-C cable.
- Load the cassette tape you wish to convert into the player.
- Open the conversion software on your computer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the software to record and save your audio as MP3 or WAV files.


6. Maintenance
- Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Avoid exposing the player to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
