5.2 Component Connections
- Power Supply: Connect a 5V, 12V, 24V, or 48V DC power supply to the appropriate terminals on the mainboard.

- LCD Display: Connect the LCD display panel using its dedicated cable to the mainboard.

- Sensor: Install the sensor horizontally at the prize exit. Ensure there is a black background on the opposite side for proper detection. Connect the sensor and coin acceptor/counter to the mainboard as shown.

- Set Buttons & Balancer: Connect the set buttons and balancer to their respective ports on the mainboard.

- Speaker: Connect the speaker to the designated audio output on the mainboard.

- Joystick & Push Buttons: Connect the joystick and any additional LED push buttons using the provided wiring harnesses.

- Voltmeter: If using a voltmeter, connect it as indicated in the wiring diagram.

5.3 Gantry Interface Types
The board supports different gantry interface types:
- VGA Interface: For gantries using a VGA-style connector.

- 9 and 9 Interface: For gantries using a 9-pin and 9-pin connector.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Game Method
- Coin Insertion: Insert coins to initiate the game. The machine will play demo music, then transition to game music. The hook button light will begin flashing.
- Crane Movement: Use the joystick (rocker) to maneuver the crane to the desired target. Release the joystick once the crane is positioned. The LCD panel will display a countdown for the game time.
- Claw Activation: Press the check mark button, or wait for the game time to expire. The crane motor will lower the claw to grab the object. The 'under the hook' button light will flash rapidly.
- Air Extract Function (if enabled): If the 'air extract' function is set, you can press the down button again before the claw reaches its lowest point to extract air, potentially adjusting the grip.
- Prize Release: After the claw has ascended to its highest point, it will move to the prize exit and release the grabbed item.
6.2 Coin Settings
- Menu Settings: The number of coin settings can be adjusted via the system menu.
- Coin Signal: The coin signal should be less than 20 milliseconds for accurate counting.
- Coin Speed: It is recommended to adjust the coin speed to 20ms or more. The coin signal selection should be normally closed.
- Coin Display Description:
- If set to '1 for 1 point', the display on the coin-operated board will increment by one for each coin.
- If set to '1 for 2 shots', two coins must be inserted to accumulate one game score. After the first coin, the machine will only emit a sound, and the coin counter will accumulate, but the LCD monitor will not update until the second coin is inserted.
6.3 Shake Platform Functionality
- Warning: If a foul device is installed and the machine is shaken by the player, a "warning" voice will be issued.
- Foul Detection: If the claw has already grabbed an item and the machine detects a cradle foul (shaking), the machine will release the claw and return to the origin. If 'Shake Score' is enabled, all current scores will be cleared.
6.4 Menu Navigation
The system menu allows for various settings adjustments, including language, coin unit, coin value, game mode, gift price, free price, current clear, and prize hide options. Navigation is typically done using the joystick and selection buttons.
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the game board and connectors with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using liquids or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all wiring for signs of wear, fraying, or loose connections. Ensure all components are securely mounted.
- Software Updates: Check the manufacturer's website for any available firmware updates for improved performance or new features.
8. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Check power supply connections and ensure the power source is active. Verify correct voltage.
- LCD Not Displaying: Ensure the LCD cable is securely connected to the mainboard.
- Coin Acceptor Issues: Verify coin acceptor wiring. Check coin settings in the menu (coin signal, coin speed).
- Crane Not Moving: Check motor wiring and power output to the claw. Ensure joystick connections are correct.
- Claw Not Grabbing/Releasing: Inspect paw coil wiring and ensure the claw mechanism is free of obstructions.
- Unexpected Behavior: Review all wiring against the diagrams. Reset settings to default if necessary.
