Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your CYCLAMI Bicycle Front Light, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Light not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the light to a power source using the Type-C cable and check if the charging indicator activates.
  • Light modes not changing: Ensure you are clicking the button correctly. A single click cycles modes, a double-click activates emergency highlight, and three quick clicks activate alert mode.
  • Reduced brightness or short endurance: The battery might be low. Recharge the light fully. Battery performance can also be affected by extreme cold.
  • Light head getting hot: It is normal for the lamp head to dissipate heat during prolonged use, especially in high light mode. This is a normal phenomenon and not a defect.

If the problem persists, please contact customer support.

User Tips

  • For optimal visibility and safety, use the High Light mode in dimly lit environments and the Flashing mode for daytime visibility or as a warning.
  • Regularly check the mounting bracket to ensure the light is securely attached before each ride.
  • Always fully charge the light before long rides to maximize endurance.

Safety Information

  • Eye Safety: Do not shine the light directly into your eyes or the eyes of others. The high intensity of the light can cause temporary vision impairment or discomfort.
  • Heat: The lamp head will dissipate heat and may become warm during prolonged use. This is normal. Avoid touching the lamp head directly when it is hot.
  • First Use: For normal operation, please charge the bicycle light fully before its first use.
  • Waterproof: The light has an IPX6 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected against powerful water jets. However, it is not designed for submersion. Ensure the charging port cover is sealed.
