8. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Kettle does not turn on. Not plugged in; power outage; kettle not properly seated on base. Check power connection; ensure kettle is correctly placed on the base.
Water not boiling or heating up. Insufficient water; lid not closed; kettle needs descaling. Ensure water level is above MIN; close lid; descale the kettle.
Kettle switches off too soon. Limescale buildup; boil-dry protection activated. Descale the kettle; ensure sufficient water is added.
Water has an unusual taste. First use residue; limescale buildup. Perform initial cleaning steps; descale the kettle.

9. User Tips

  • For optimal taste, always use fresh, cold water for each boil.
  • Experiment with different temperature settings for your favorite teas and coffees to find the perfect brew.
  • If you are in a region with a different plug standard than the EU, ensure you use an appropriate and safe adapter.
