Setup

1. Placement

The AUN A32 Pro is compact and versatile, allowing for flexible placement. It can project onto walls, screens, or even ceilings. For optimal viewing, a recommended screen size is 60-100 inches, though it supports up to 150 inches.

2. Power Connection

Connect the provided power cord to the projector's AC power input port and then to a suitable power outlet (AC 100V-240V~).

3. Initial Power On

Press the Power button on the projector or the remote control to turn on the device. The AUN A32 Pro will boot up, displaying the Android 13 OS interface.

4. Focus Adjustment

The projector features advanced electric focus. Use the 'Focus+' and 'Focus-' buttons on the remote control to adjust the image sharpness until it is clear.

5. Keystone Correction

The AUN A32 Pro supports Manual Correction, Electronic Correction, and Auto Correction for keystone. The Auto Keystone Up/Down feature automatically adjusts the projection to provide an optimal viewing experience. You can also manually adjust it via the settings menu.

Operating Instructions

1. Android 13 OS Navigation

The projector runs on Android 13 OS, allowing you to watch streaming videos online and download APKs directly. Navigate the interface using the remote control's directional buttons (UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT) and the OK button to select items. The Home button returns you to the main screen, and the Return button goes back to the previous screen.

2. Connectivity

Wired Connections

Connect external devices using the available ports:

  • HDMI Port: Connect Blu-ray players, gaming consoles, laptops, or other HDMI-enabled devices for high-definition content transmission. The projector supports 4K video decoding and playback via the HDMI port, with an output resolution of 1280x720p.
  • USB Port: Insert USB flash drives to play media files directly.
  • Audio Jack (3.5mm): Connect external headphones or speakers for enhanced audio.
  • AV Input Port: For older devices requiring AV input.

Wireless Connections (WiFi & Bluetooth)

The AUN A32 Pro features dual WiFi (2.4G & 5G) for lag-free screen mirroring and Bluetooth 5.0 for audio output.

WiFi Setup:

  1. On the home page, press the right navigation key on the remote control to enter the settings menu.
  2. Select "Network setting".
  3. Choose your desired WiFi network and enter the password to connect.

Bluetooth Setup:

  1. From the settings menu, select "Bluetooth Settings".
  2. Choose the corresponding Bluetooth device (e.g., headphones, speakers) to connect.

Smartphone Wireless/Wired Screen Mirroring

The projector supports both wireless and wired screen mirroring for Android and iOS devices.

Wireless Screen Mirroring (Android):

  1. Open the settings menu on your Android phone/tablet.
  2. Access your display settings or screen images.
  3. Select your wireless receiver (the projector) from the list.

Wireless Screen Mirroring (iOS iPhone):

  1. Open the Control Center on your Apple device.
  2. Tap the "Screen Mirroring" icon.
  3. Look for available devices to mirror and select the projector from the list.

Wired Screen Mirroring (Android):

  1. Scan the QR code (usually displayed on the projector's screen when selecting wired mirroring) to install the ElfCast app.
  2. Run the ElfCast app and connect your device to the projector using a data cable.

Wired Screen Mirroring (iOS iPhone):

  1. Connect your iPhone to the projector using a data cable.
  2. When prompted, choose to "Trust" the projector for mirroring.

3. Media Playback

The projector supports a variety of media formats:

  • Supported Video Formats: Full Formats (including 4K decoding via HDMI)
  • Supported Audio Formats: MP3/M4a
  • Supported Image Formats: JPG, JPEG, BMP, PNG
  • Supported File Format: TXT

With Android 13, you can also download and use various media playback applications directly from the Google Play Store.

Maintenance

1. Lens Cleaning

To maintain optimal image quality, regularly clean the projector lens using a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical surfaces. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.

2. General Care

  • Keep the projector in a clean, dust-free environment.
  • Avoid exposing the projector to extreme temperatures or humidity.
  • Ensure proper ventilation around the projector to prevent overheating.
  • When not in use, cover the lens with its cap and store the projector in a safe place.

3. Lamp Life

The AUN A32 Pro features a pure LED lamp with an estimated lifespan of 30,000 hours. This means the lamp does not need to be replaced for approximately 10 years, even if the projector is used 8 hours every day.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your projector, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • No Image:
    • Ensure the power cord is securely connected and the projector is turned on.
    • Check the input source. Press the 'Signal Source' button on the remote to cycle through inputs (HDMI, AV, etc.).
    • Verify that the connected device (laptop, console) is powered on and outputting a signal.
  • Blurry Image:
    • Adjust the focus using the 'Focus+' and 'Focus-' buttons on the remote control.
    • Ensure the projection distance is within the recommended range (0.5-5.6M).
    • Check for proper keystone correction. Adjust manually if auto-correction is not sufficient.
  • No Sound:
    • Increase the volume using the 'Vol+' button on the remote.
    • Check if the projector or connected device is muted.
    • If using external speakers/headphones, ensure they are properly connected via the audio jack or Bluetooth.
    • Verify audio settings on the source device.
  • Cannot Connect to WiFi/Bluetooth:
    • Ensure the WiFi network is active and you have entered the correct password.
    • For Bluetooth, make sure the external device is in pairing mode and within range.
    • Restart the projector and try connecting again.
  • Remote Control Not Working:
