2. Setup Guide
2.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection

2.2 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your PowerMax 2400. You can use AC fast charging, solar charging, or a combination. A full charge via AC takes approximately 1.6 hours, while AC + Solar charging can achieve a full charge in 1.5 hours.

2.3 Modular Stacking (Capacity Expansion)
The PowerMax 2400 features an innovative cableless stacking design for capacity expansion with BP2400 batteries (sold separately). To stack:
- Ensure both the PowerMax 2400 and BP2400 units are powered off.
- Align the BP2400 unit directly beneath the PowerMax 2400.
- Gently lower the PowerMax 2400 onto the BP2400, ensuring the connectors engage securely. The cableless design ensures a neat and simple installation.

2.4 Solar Panel Connection
To charge using solar panels (e.g., OSCAL PM200), connect them to the Solar/Car Charger Input Port (21 on the diagram below). The PowerMax 2400 supports up to 800W max solar power, achieving a full charge in approximately 2.8 hours with optimal sunlight.

2.5 APP Connection (Wireless BT/WiFi)
Download the OSCAL PowerMax APP to control and monitor your power station remotely. The APP connects via Wireless BT or WiFi, offering unlimited range control when using WiFi.
- Ensure the PowerMax 2400 is powered on.

3.1 Powering On/Off
To power on the unit, press and hold the Main Control Switch (13) for a few seconds. The LCD display will illuminate. To power off, press and hold the same switch until the display turns off.
3.2 Using Output Ports
The PowerMax 2400 offers 16 thoughtfully organized outputs. Refer to Figure 6 for port identification.

- AC Outlets (11): Press the AC Output Switch (10) to enable AC power. Connect your devices (up to 2400W total).
- USB-A Ports (05): Press the USB Output Switch (06) to enable USB power. Connect your USB-A devices (Max 18W each).
- USB-C Ports (04): These ports provide up to 100W each. Press the USB Output Switch (06) to enable.
- DC5521 Ports (15): Press the DC Output Switch (19) to enable DC power. Connect compatible DC devices (Max 60W each).
- Car Cigarette Lighter Port (16): Press the DC Output Switch (19) to enable. Provides up to 240W.
