3. Setup Guide
- Connect to TV: Connect one end of the HD Cable (HDMI) to the HDMI port on the EVPAD 10P TV Box and the other end to an available HDMI input on your television.
- Connect Power: Plug the DC Power Cable into the DC 5V/2A port on the TV Box and then plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
- Power On: The TV Box should automatically power on. If not, press the power button on the remote control or the device itself.
- Select Input: On your TV, select the correct HDMI input source using your TV's remote control.
- Initial Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup, including language selection, network connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), and Google account login (if applicable).
- Network Connection:
- Wi-Fi: Navigate to Settings, then Network, and select your Wi-Fi network. Enter the password to connect. The device supports 2.4/5.8GHz dual-band Wi-Fi 6.
- Ethernet: Connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the Ethernet port on the TV Box. The device supports 100M Ethernet.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Navigation
Use the included remote control to navigate the user interface. The directional pad (up, down, left, right) and OK button are used for selection. The Home button returns you to the main screen, and the Back button goes to the previous screen.
4.2 Voice Control
The EVPAD 10P features AI voice control. Press the dedicated voice button on your remote (often indicated by a microphone icon) and speak your commands. You can use voice commands to open applications, search for content, or adjust settings.

4.3 Screen Projection (Miracast)
The TV box includes MiracastReceiver software, allowing you to project content from your mobile device to your TV screen. This is useful for sharing photos, videos, or presentations.

4.4 AI Q&A (EVCHAT)
Engage with the built-in intelligent AI Q&A feature, EVCHAT, for information and assistance. This feature can answer questions and provide details on various topics.

6. Maintenance

7. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the TV box and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet if necessary.
- No Picture: Verify that the HDMI cable is correctly connected to both the TV box and the TV. Ensure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input source.
- No Sound: Check the volume settings on both the TV box and your television. Ensure audio cables (if used) are properly connected.
- Wi-Fi Connection Issues: Restart your router and the TV box. Re-enter your Wi-Fi password in the network settings. Ensure the TV box is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
- Remote Control Not Responding: Check the batteries in the remote control and replace them if needed. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV box.
- System Lag/Freezing: Close unnecessary applications running in the background. Restart the TV box. If issues persist, consider a factory reset (note: this will erase all data and settings).
