  • Cleaning Rolling Brush: Remove the rolling brush and use the cleaning tool (if provided) to cut and remove any tangled hair or debris.
  • Cleaning Side Brushes: Remove any hair or debris tangled around the side brushes. Replace worn or damaged side brushes as needed.
  • Cleaning Water Tank and Mop Cloth: After each mopping session, empty any remaining water from the tank and rinse it thoroughly. Wash the mop cloth and allow it to air dry completely before storing.
  • Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts: Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the robot's sensors (cliff sensors, anti-collision sensors) and the charging contacts on both the robot and the charging station.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Tesvor M2, try the following solutions:

  • Robot not charging: Ensure the charging station is plugged in and the power indicator is on. Check that the charging contacts on both the robot and the station are clean and making proper contact.
  • Robot stuck or moving erratically: Clear any obstacles from the robot's path. Check for tangled hair or debris in the main brush or side brushes. Clean the drive wheels.
  • Poor cleaning performance: Empty the dustbin and clean all filters. Clean the main brush and side brushes. Ensure the correct suction mode is selected for the floor type.
  • App connectivity issues: Verify your home Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz. Restart your Wi-Fi router and the robot. Try re-pairing the robot with the app. Ensure the robot is within Wi-Fi range.
  • No water from mop function: Ensure the water tank is filled and correctly installed. Check the water flow setting in the app (High, Medium, Low). Make sure the mop cloth is properly attached and wet.
  • Unusual noises: Check for foreign objects caught in the brushes or wheels. Clean all components as described in the maintenance section.
