4. Setup

4.1 Unboxing and Initial Assembly

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

  • To power on the bike, press and hold the power button on the control panel (location may vary, typically on the handlebars).
  • To power off, press and hold the power button again.

5.2 Riding Modes

The HITWAY BK35 offers two primary riding modes:

  • Bike not powering on: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Check all cable connections.
  • Motor not providing assistance: Verify the battery level. Ensure you are in pedal assist mode and actively pedaling. Check for any error codes on the display.
  • Reduced range: This can be due to factors like terrain, rider weight, tire pressure, and ambient temperature. Ensure the battery is fully charged and tires are properly inflated.
