Connecting Your Mouse
The Delux M500 supports three connection modes: Wired, 2.4G Wireless, and Bluetooth. Use the mode switch located on the bottom of the mouse to select your preferred connection type.
- Wired Connection: Connect the provided USB Type-C cable from the mouse to an available USB port on your computer. The mouse will function immediately.
- 2.4G Wireless Connection:
- Locate the 2.4G wireless receiver (dongle) in the mouse's storage compartment (refer to Figure 4).
- Plug the 2.4G receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- Switch the mode selector on the bottom of the mouse to "2.4G".
- The mouse should connect automatically. The indicator light will show green when connected.
- Bluetooth Connection:
- Switch the mode selector on the bottom of the mouse to "BT".
- Press and hold the pairing button (located on the bottom, near the DPI switch) for a few seconds until the indicator light flashes blue.
- On your computer, go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
- Select "Delux M500" from the list of available devices to pair. The indicator light will show solid blue when connected.
Driver Software Installation
For full customization of DPI, button assignments, and other advanced settings, install the Delux M500 driver software. The software is compatible with Windows 8/10/11. You can download the latest driver from the official Delux website (usually found under 'Service' or 'Downloads' for the M500 3311 model).
Operating Instructions
Button Functions
- Left Button: Primary click function.
- Right Button: Secondary click function.
- Middle Button / Scroll Wheel: Scroll up/down, middle click.
- Forward Button: Default function is 'Forward' in web browsers/applications.
- Backward Button: Default function is 'Backward' in web browsers/applications.
- DPI Switch Button: Cycles through preset DPI levels.
- Pairing Button: Used for Bluetooth pairing.
DPI Adjustment
The mouse features a dedicated DPI switch button to cycle through different sensitivity levels. The default preset DPI levels are:
- 400 DPI (Red indicator)
- 800 DPI (Green indicator)
- 1200 DPI (Blue indicator)
- 1600 DPI (Purple indicator)
- 3200 DPI (Yellow indicator)
- 5000 DPI (White indicator)
You can customize these DPI levels and add more steps up to 12000 DPI using the driver software.
Charging the Mouse
The Delux M500 has a built-in 400mAh rechargeable battery. Connect the mouse to your computer using the USB Type-C cable to charge. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours. The M500 model does NOT support a charging dock.
Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Delux M500 mouse, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the mouse surface. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding:
- Ensure the mouse is charged.
- Check the connection mode switch (Wired, 2.4G, BT) on the bottom of the mouse.
- For 2.4G wireless, ensure the receiver is securely plugged into a USB port.
- For Bluetooth, ensure the mouse is paired correctly and your computer's Bluetooth is enabled. Try re-pairing if necessary.
- Try connecting the mouse via the USB cable to rule out wireless issues.
- Inaccurate tracking or cursor lag:
