5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge your VK S1 headset. Connect the included Type-C charging cable to the Type-C charging port on the headset and to a USB power source. The indicator light will show charging status.
5.2 Attaching the Microphone
The VK S1 features a removable microphone. Align the microphone's connector with the audio hole on the headset and gently push it in until it clicks into place. To remove, pull it out gently.


5.3 Connecting the Headset
The VK S1 supports three connection modes: 2.4G Wireless, Bluetooth, and 3.5mm Wired.
5.3.1 2.4G Wireless Connection
- Plug the 2.4G Type-C/A Dual Port Receiver into a compatible USB port on your PC, PlayStation, or Switch.
- Power on the headset (long press Power key for 3 seconds).
- Double-click the Power key (or Mode switch button on some models) to toggle to 2.4G mode. The indicator light will confirm the connection.

5.3.2 Bluetooth Connection
- Power on the headset (long press Power key for 3 seconds).
- Double-click the Power key (or Mode switch button on some models) to toggle to Bluetooth mode. The indicator light will flash, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (mobile, PC, etc.), search for Bluetooth devices and select 'VALKYRIE VK S1' to connect.
- To clear Bluetooth pairing, ensure the headset is in shutdown state, then long press the Power key and Mode switch button simultaneously for 8 seconds until a pairing voice prompt is heard.
5.3.3 3.5mm Wired Connection
Connect one end of the included 3.5mm audio cable to the audio hole on the headset and the other end to the 3.5mm audio jack on your device. This mode does not require power.

- Power On: Long press the Power key for 3 seconds.
- Shutdown: Long press the Power key for 3 seconds.
6.3 Volume Control
- Volume Up: Short press the 'Volume +' key.
- Volume Down: Short press the 'Volume -' key.
6.4 Music/Game Mode Switch
- Switch Sound Mode: Click the Power key (on purple models) or the 'M' (Mode) button (on black models) to cycle through available sound modes (Music, Game 1, Game 2).

6.5 Microphone Functions

- Microphone On/Off: Click the Microphone Switch button.
- Answer/Hang Up Call: Double-click the Microphone Switch button.
- Reject Call: Long press the Microphone Switch button for 1 second.
