5. Troubleshooting

No Power / Radio Not Turning On:
Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the radio to a power source using either the DC 5V or AC 220V input. Check if the VOLUME knob is rotated clockwise to the 'ON' position.
Poor Radio Reception:
Fully extend the telescopic antenna. Try repositioning the radio to a different location, away from potential interference sources like other electronic devices or large metal objects. For AM, try rotating the radio for better signal.
Bluetooth Pairing Issues:
Ensure the radio is in Bluetooth mode ('MP3' switch position). Make sure your mobile device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range. If previously paired, try unpairing and re-pairing the device. Ensure no other device is currently connected to the radio via Bluetooth.
No Sound from USB/TF Card:
Ensure the USB drive or TF card is inserted correctly and contains compatible MP3 audio files. Check if the radio is in 'MP3' mode. Try a different USB drive or TF card to rule out media issues.
Torch Light Not Working:
Check if the TORCH switch is in the 'ON' position. Ensure the battery has sufficient charge.
