Setup
- Initial Charging: Before first use, fully charge the LED video light using the provided Type-C charging cable. Connect the cable to the light's Type-C port and a compatible 5V 1A USB power source. The charging indicator lights will show the charging status.
- Attach Diffuser: Gently attach the soft light diffuser to the front of the LED panel. This helps to soften the light output and reduce harsh shadows.
- Mounting Options:
- Cold Shoe Mount: The light features a cold shoe mount adapter with a 1/4" female thread on the bottom. This allows it to be mounted directly onto cameras (e.g., DSLR cameras), tripods, or light stands.
- Accessory Cold Shoes: The light has three additional cold shoe mounts (one on each side and one on top). These can be used to attach other accessories such as microphones, additional LED lights, or monitors.
Operating Instructions
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button (usually marked with a power symbol) located on the side of the light to turn it on or off.
- Adjust Brightness: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the brightness level. The light offers 10 adjustable brightness levels, from 10% to 100%.
- Adjust Color Temperature: Press the 'M' (Mode) button to cycle through the available color temperature settings: 3200K (warm white), 4100K (mixed color), and 5600K (cool white).
- Activate Scene Modes: Continue pressing the 'M' button to access the 8 special scene modes. Cycle through them to select the desired effect. The available scene modes include: Lightning 1, Lightning 2, Lightning 3, Flashing, Flash-Conference, Flash-Paparazzi, TV, and SOS.
- Charging: When the battery is low, connect the Type-C charging cable to the light's Type-C port and a 5V 1A USB power adapter. The indicator lights will show the charging progress. A full charge takes approximately 2.6 hours.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the light's surface. For the LED panel and diffuser, use a microfiber cloth to gently wipe away dust or smudges. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the light in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan.
