3.7 Multi-function Touch Screen (Model 802 only)

The SuperEQ 802 model features a 2-inch IPS full-color touch screen on the charging case for intuitive control of music playback, equalizer settings, ambient sound modes, and other functions.

3.8 Built-in Sound Effect Modes (Model 802 only)

The 802 model offers 6 built-in sound effect modes (Music, Motion, Movie, News, Game, Communicate) that can be easily switched via the touch screen.

3.9 Remote Photo Taking (Model 802 only)

Connect the 802 model to your device via Bluetooth and use the touch screen on the charging case to remotely trigger your phone's camera for taking photos.

3.10 IPX4 Protection Rating

The earphones are IPX4 rated, making them resistant to sweat and splashes. They are suitable for workouts and outdoor activities but should not be submerged in water.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Earphones and Case

  1. Place the earphones into the charging case.
  2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a 5V/1A power source.
  3. The charging case will indicate charging status (e.g., via LED indicators or screen on Model 802).
  4. A full charge for the case takes approximately 2 hours.

4.2 Quick Connection and Pairing

  1. Open the charging case. The earphones will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "SuperEQ 801" or "SuperEQ 802" from the list to connect.
  4. Once connected, the earphones can be used independently (single pairing) or together (both pairing). The connection is stable and continuous.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Touch Controls

The earphones feature intuitive touch controls. Refer to the diagram below for specific functions:

The 2-inch IPS touch screen on the charging case provides access to various functions:

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

6.2 Water Resistance

The earphones have an IPX4 rating, meaning they are resistant to sweat and splashes. Do not immerse the earphones or charging case in water. Avoid exposure to heavy rain or extreme moisture.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Earphones not pairing: Ensure both earphones are in the charging case, then open the lid to initiate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
  • No sound from one earbud: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. This often re-syncs them.
  • Charging issues: Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean.
  • Touch controls unresponsive: Ensure your fingers are clean and dry. Try restarting the earphones by placing them in the case and taking them out again.
