Note on CR2032 Battery:

The CR2032 battery is removed from the motherboard before shipping due to postal and customs regulations. You will need to install a new CR2032 battery upon receiving the product for the CMOS to function correctly.

7. Troubleshooting

  • No Power:
    • Ensure the power supply is connected correctly to both the motherboard (24-pin and 8-pin) and the wall outlet.
    • Verify the power supply unit (PSU) is switched on.
    • Check front panel power switch connections to the motherboard.
  • No Display:
    • Ensure the graphics card is properly seated in the PCI-E slot and connected to the power supply (if required).
    • Verify the monitor cable is securely connected to the graphics card and the monitor.
    • Test with a different monitor or graphics card if possible.
  • System Instability/Crashes:
    • Check RAM modules are correctly seated in their slots.
    • Ensure CPU cooler is properly installed and making good contact with the CPU.
    • Verify all power connections are secure.
    • Update BIOS/UEFI and drivers to the latest versions.
  • Component Not Detected:
    • Reseat the component (e.g., M.2 SSD, SATA drive, RAM).
    • Check BIOS/UEFI settings to ensure the component is enabled.
    • Verify power and data cables are securely connected.

8. User Tips

  • Power Supply: Always use a reliable power supply of at least 500W to ensure stable operation, especially with high-performance components.
