Safety First: Always ensure proper connection to avoid damage to the jump starter or your vehicle. Do not touch the red and black clamps together.

  1. Prepare the Vehicle: Turn off the vehicle's ignition and all accessories (lights, radio, A/C). Engage the parking brake.
  2. Connect Smart Jumper Cables: Insert the blue plug of the smart jumper cables firmly into the 12V Starter Plug on the jump starter unit. Ensure a secure connection.
  3. Connect to Car Battery:
    1. Connect the RED (+) clamp to the vehicle's positive battery terminal.

  4. Check Indicator Light: The indicator light on the smart cable will show its status. Refer to the smart cable's manual for specific light patterns (e.g., solid green for ready, flashing red for error).
  5. Start the Vehicle: Once the smart cable indicates it's safe to start (e.g., solid green light), turn on your vehicle's ignition. If the vehicle doesn't start immediately, wait 30 seconds before trying again. Do not crank for more than 3 seconds per attempt.
  6. Disconnect Cables: Once the vehicle starts, immediately disconnect the BLACK (-) clamp first, then the RED (+) clamp from the car battery. Finally, disconnect the smart jumper cable from the jump starter unit.
