3. Setup
Before first use, follow these steps to set up your Cecofry & Grill DuoHeat 6500:
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Wash the removable parts (basket, grill plate, pizza griddle) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and other appliances to ensure proper ventilation. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of clear space around the unit.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the appliance's requirements.
- First Use (Burn-in): It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) during its first use. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight odor or smoke may be present, which is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

4. Operating Instructions
The Cecofry & Grill DuoHeat 6500 offers intuitive operation through its digital touch control panel.

General Operation:
- Prepare Food: Place your ingredients in the cooking basket, on the grill plate, or on the pizza griddle, depending on your recipe. For air frying, a small amount of oil (e.g., one tablespoon) can be added for crispier results.
- Insert Basket/Accessories: Slide the cooking basket or accessory into the main unit. Ensure it is securely in place.
- Power On: Press the power button on the control panel to turn on the appliance.
- Set Temperature and Time: Use the temperature and time controls (usually up/down arrows or dedicated buttons) to set your desired cooking parameters. The temperature can be adjusted between 40-200°C.
- Select Preset (if available): The control panel may feature various cooking presets for common dishes (e.g., fries, chicken, steak, pizza). Select a preset if it matches your cooking needs.
- Start Cooking: Press the start button to begin the cooking cycle.
- Monitor Progress: Utilize the viewing window to check on your food without interrupting the cooking process.
- Shake/Flip (Optional): For even cooking, especially with air-fried items, you may need to shake the basket or flip the food halfway through the cooking time. Carefully pull out the basket, shake/flip, and reinsert.
- Finish Cooking: The appliance will typically beep when the cooking time is complete. Carefully remove the basket/accessories using heat-resistant gloves.
- Serve: Transfer the cooked food to a plate and enjoy.

5. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Cecofry & Grill DuoHeat 6500.
Cleaning:
- Unplug and Cool Down: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Removable Parts: The cooking basket, grill plate, and pizza griddle are typically dishwasher-safe or can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Interior: Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. For stubborn food residues, use a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as they can damage the non-stick coating.
- Exterior: Clean the exterior of the appliance with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Storage:
