3. Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up your X66 Smart TV Box:
3.1 Connecting the TV Box
- Connect to TV: Plug one end of the provided HD cable into the HDMI port on the X66 TV Box and the other end into an available HDMI input on your television.
- Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the DC 5V port on the TV Box and then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
- (Optional) Connect to Network: For a wired internet connection, connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the Ethernet port on the TV Box. Alternatively, you can use Wi-Fi after initial setup.
- Power On: The TV Box should automatically power on. If not, press the power button on the remote control.

3.2 Remote Control Setup
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control and insert two AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.
- Pairing (for Voice Remote/Keyboard): If you have a voice remote or mini keyboard, it typically connects via a USB receiver. Plug the USB receiver into one of the USB ports on the TV Box. The device should automatically pair.
IR Learning Function (for Voice Remote)
Your voice remote may have an IR learning function to control your TV's basic functions (e.g., Power, Volume). To use this feature:
- Press and hold the 'Power' button on the air mouse until the LED flashes rapidly, then slowly. This indicates it's in IR learning mode.
- Hold your TV's original remote control and the air mouse's IR receiving parts against each other (about 1-3 cm apart).
- Press the button on your TV's remote that you want to program (e.g., TV Power). The LED on the air mouse will flash quickly, then stay solid, indicating successful learning.
- Repeat for other buttons (e.g., Volume Up/Down).
- Press 'OK' + 'DEL' to clear learned IR codes.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Initial Setup and Navigation
- Language and Network: On first boot, follow the on-screen prompts to select your preferred language and connect to a Wi-Fi network if you are not using a wired connection.
- Google Account: Sign in with your Google account to access the Google Play Store and other Google services.
- Home Screen: Once setup is complete, you will see the Android TV home screen, featuring various apps and content recommendations.
- Navigation: Use the remote control's directional pad and 'OK' button to navigate menus and select items. The 'Back' button returns to the previous screen, and the 'Home' button returns to the home screen.

4.3 Using the Mini QWERTY Keyboard (Optional)
If your package includes the mini QWERTY keyboard:
- Plug the 2.4GHz USB receiver into an available USB port on the TV Box.
- The keyboard features 92 keys, a high-sensitivity touchpad with adjustable DPI, and a 360-degree flip design for comfortable use.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the TV Box. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
- Software Updates: The device supports OTA (Over-The-Air) updates. Check for system updates periodically in the settings menu to ensure optimal performance and access to the latest features.
