4. Setup
4.1. Valve Type Conversion (AV/FV)
The pump is compatible with both American Valve (AV) and French Valve (FV) types. The default configuration from the factory is adapted to AV. If you need to use FV, please adjust the nozzle as follows:
- For FV (French Valve): Ensure the seal ring has the small hole facing outward and the valve cap is in place.
- For AV (American Valve): Ensure the seal ring has the large hole facing outward and the AV thimble is inserted, with the valve cap in place.

4.2. Installing the Air Pipe
The flexible inflation hose can be directly connected to American and French air nozzles. For specific applications:
- For MTB bikes, Electric bikes, Motorcycles, and Cars: Use the dual-purpose air tube directly.
- For Road Bikes or some MTB bikes (using French Valve adapter): Connect the French valve adapter to the air pump air pipe, then inflate.
- For inflating balls (e.g., basketballs, footballs): Use the provided air needle. Connect the air needle to the air pump air pipe, then insert the needle into the air hole to inflate.
5. Operating Instructions
The ROCKBROS Mini Electric Pump features an LED digital display for real-time pressure observation and adjustment.

5.1. Basic Operation Steps
- Turn On the Machine and Set the Target Air Pressure:
Press and hold the [Power button] for 3 seconds to turn on the device. The screen lights up and displays the real-time air pressure value.
Press the [-] key to switch between the three inflation modes. After selecting a mode, press the [+] or [-] key to adjust the preset air pressure. If you need to reduce the air pressure, first press the [+] key and then press the [-] key to reduce the air pressure while the number flashes. The factory default setting is 45PSI. The adjustable range is 3-150PSI. - Start Inflation:
When the machine is turned on, short press the [Power button] to start the pump. It will start inflating. When the target pressure is reached, the pump will automatically stop. - Shut Down:
In the power-on state, long press the [Power button] for 3 seconds to turn off the device. Alternatively, it will automatically turn off in 120 seconds when no operation is performed.

5.2. Important Notes During Operation
- When the air pump is working, the temperature at the air nozzle may rise. Use with caution to avoid burns.
- The flexible inflation hose is designed for easy connection and is not prone to breaking.

6. Charging
To charge the pump, select a 5V/2A charger and insert the provided Type-C charging cable into the pump's charging port.
- The battery icon on the LED display will cycle while charging.
- The battery icon will stop cycling when the pump is fully charged.
- Charging takes approximately 1.5 hours for a full charge.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the pump with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or immerse in water.
- Storage: Store the pump in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Its small size allows it to be placed easily without taking up much space.
- Protective Cover: The silicone protective cover helps insulate heat during operation and protects the aluminum alloy shell from scratches.
- Heat Dissipation: The outer ring of the cylinder is made of aluminum alloy to facilitate fast heat dissipation during operation.
- Air Nozzle Seal: The air nozzle seal is a replaceable wearing part. A spare part is provided in the package. This part is not included in the warranty.

8. Troubleshooting
- Pump not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
- Pump stops unexpectedly during inflation: The pump may have reached the preset pressure, or the battery level might be critically low. When the battery power is lower than the specified voltage value, the power display grid flashes. When the voltage is lower than the shutdown voltage, it will automatically shut down. Recharge the pump if necessary.
- Inaccurate pressure reading: Ensure the air pipe is securely connected to both the pump and the tire valve.
- Slow inflation: Check for any leaks in the connection points. Ensure the correct valve adapter is used.
9. User Tips
- Always check the recommended tire pressure for your specific item (bicycle, car, ball) before inflating.
- For optimal battery life, avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
- Keep the air nozzle and hose clean and free of debris to ensure proper sealing and efficient inflation.
- The pump is small but powerful; be mindful of the air nozzle temperature during prolonged use.
