Setup Guide
- Download the 'UseeEar' App:
- For iOS devices: Search and install 'UseeEar' from the App Store.
- For Android devices: Search and install 'UseeEar' from the Google Play Store.
- Alternatively, scan the QR code provided in the original manual to download the app.
- Power On the Device:
- Press and hold the switch button on the ear cleaner for a few seconds to turn it on.
- The indicator light will start flashing, indicating the device is ready for connection.
- Connect to Device Wi-Fi:
- Open the 'UseeEar' App.
- The app will prompt you to connect to the device's Wi-Fi. Click to connect and navigate to your phone's Wi-Fi settings.
- Find and select the Wi-Fi network named 'UseeEar-xxxx' (where 'xxxx' is a unique identifier for your device).
- Important: When connecting, your phone might display prompts regarding internet access. For iOS, click 'OK' when asked if 'UseeEar' would like to find and connect to devices on your local network. For Android, if prompted about no internet access, select 'Keep' or 'CONNECT' to maintain the connection to the device's Wi-Fi.
- Grant App Permissions:
- For iOS: Allow 'UseeEar' to use wireless data (select 'WLAN & Cellular' or 'WLAN Only').
- For Android: Allow 'UseeEar' to use wireless data.
- Start Using:
- Once 'UseeEar-xxxx' Wi-Fi is connected, return to the 'UseeEar' App.
- Click the designated button within the app (often a 'Start' or 'Enter Device' icon) to access the visual interface and begin using the ear cleaner.
Operating Instructions
General Operation
- The device features an 8 Million pixel HD camera and 6 LED lights, providing a clear, wide-angle view inside the ear canal.
- Equipped with a 6-axis gyroscope, the image transmission remains smooth and stable even when rotating the device, making ear picking easier and safer.
- The otoscope maintains a constant temperature of 25°C, and the handheld part maintains a body temperature of 32°C, ensuring a non-stimulating and comfortable experience.
- The integrated fuselage design prevents the ear spoon from detaching during use. Always ensure the silicone ear spoon cover is securely placed over the metal ear spoon before insertion.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Device
- The ear spoon covers are waterproof. After each use, remove the silicone ear spoon cover and clean it with water or wipe it with a wet tissue.
- To clean the camera lens, gently wipe it with a small brush, cotton swab, or professional alcohol swab. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Do not immerse the main body of the device in liquid to prevent water damage.
Charging and Storage
- Use the provided Type-C charging cable to charge the device. A full charge takes approximately 60 minutes and provides about 60 minutes of battery life.
- If the power indicator shows red, the device needs charging.
- For optimal battery health, if the product is not used frequently, charge it at least once a month.
- Store the device and accessories in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
