Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the GZQIANJI Android 13/14 POS Terminal Machine H10. This intelligent portable device integrates a 5.5-inch touch screen, a built-in 58mm thermal receipt printer, and supports various connectivity options. It is designed for commercial applications requiring efficient point-of-sale operations.
Important Reminders:
- This device cannot print directly through a web browser; printing must be done via a compatible application.
- NFC functionality on this machine does not support payment transactions due to non-cooperation with worldwide banks.

Charging the Device
Before initial use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the side of the terminal and plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.

Inserting SIM/SD/PSAM Cards
If required for network connectivity or storage, insert the appropriate cards:
- Remove the back cover to access the battery compartment.
- Locate the PSAM, SIM, and SD card slots.
- Carefully insert the cards into their respective slots, ensuring correct orientation.
- Replace the back cover securely.

Loading Thermal Paper
The device uses 58mm thermal paper rolls. To load a new roll:
- Open the paper warehouse cover located at the top of the device.
- Insert the thermal paper roll with the printing side facing the correct direction (usually outwards).
- Pull a small length of paper out past the paper outlet.
- Close the paper warehouse cover firmly until it clicks into place.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off
Press and hold the Switch Button (refer to Figure 2) for a few seconds to power on or power off the device. A short press will put the device to sleep or wake it up.

Basic Navigation
The device runs on Android 13 or 14. Navigate the interface using the 5.5-inch touch screen. Swipe, tap, and use standard Android gestures to open applications, adjust settings, and manage files.

Using the Built-in Printer with Loyverse POS App
The GZQIANJI H10 is compatible with the Loyverse POS app for printing receipts. Follow these steps to set up and use the printer:
- Ensure the Loyverse POS app is installed on your device (available via Google Play Store).
- Open the Loyverse POS app.
- Navigate to Settings within the app.
- Select Printers.
- Tap the '+' icon to add a new printer.
- For 'Printer model', select 'Other model'.
- For 'Interface', select 'Bluetooth'.
- Under 'Bluetooth printer', tap Search and select 'InnerPrinter'.
- Confirm 'Paper width' is set to '58 mm'.
- You can perform a Print Test to ensure the printer is working correctly.
- Save the printer settings.
- To print a receipt, process a transaction in the Loyverse app and select the print option.

Barcode Scanning (Optional)
If your model includes the barcode scanning module, you can activate it using the designated scan windows and the Volume/Scan button. Refer to your application's instructions for specific scanning procedures.

NFC Function (Optional)
For models with NFC, the NFC sensor zone can be used for data exchange with compatible NFC tags or devices. Please note, as mentioned in the Important Reminders, this device's NFC does not support payment transactions.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device's exterior. For the screen, use a screen-specific cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Printer Head Care: Regularly clean the thermal printer head with a specialized cleaning pen or isopropyl alcohol on a cotton swab to ensure clear print quality.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid extreme temperatures and do not allow the battery to fully discharge frequently. If the device will not be used for an extended period, charge it to about 50% before storing.
- Software Updates: Keep the Android operating system and all installed applications updated to ensure optimal performance and security.
Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. If removable, check that the battery is correctly inserted. Try connecting to the charger.
- Printer not printing:
- Check if thermal paper is loaded correctly and there is enough paper.
- Verify the printer settings in your application (e.g., Loyverse POS) are correct and the 'InnerPrinter' is selected.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and the device is connected to the printer within the app.
- Clean the printer head if print quality is poor or blank.
- Poor print quality: Replace the thermal paper roll. Clean the thermal printer head.
- No network connection (4G/WiFi):
- For 4G, ensure a SIM card is inserted correctly and has an active data plan. Check network settings.
- For WiFi, ensure WiFi is enabled and connected to a stable network.
- Touch screen unresponsive: Restart the device. If the issue persists, contact support.
