Setup

Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the model car.
  2. Using a small screwdriver (not included), carefully open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert three (3) 1.5V batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.

Operating Instructions

Sound and Light Functions

  • Activation: Press down on the front wheels of the car or open any of the doors to activate the engine sound and headlights/taillights.
  • Lighting Switch: A 3-position switch located on the underside of the car controls the lighting and sound modes:
    • OFF: All sound and light functions are disabled.
    • Lights ON: Headlights and taillights illuminate.
    • Lights + Sound: Headlights and taillights illuminate, and engine sounds are activated upon interaction.

Interactive Features

  • Openable Doors: The model features realistic scissor doors that can be opened manually.
  • Openable Hood & Trunk: The front hood and rear engine cover can also be opened to reveal interior details.
  • Pull-back Function: Pull the car backward along a flat surface, release it, and watch it race forward. This action may also trigger sound and light effects.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

  • No Sound or Lights:
    • Check if the batteries are installed correctly with the right polarity.
    • Ensure the lighting switch is set to 'Lights ON' or 'Lights + Sound' mode.
    • Replace old batteries with new 1.5V batteries.
  • Pull-back Function Not Working:
    • Ensure the car is on a smooth, flat surface.
    • Check for any obstructions in the wheels or chassis.
