Important Safeguards

When using electrical appliances, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

1. Read all instructions before using.
2. To protect against electrical shock, do not submerge the mixer or allow AC cord to come in contact with water or other liquids.
3. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
5. Do not use outdoors.
6. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces, including the stove.
7. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
8. Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
9. Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage corresponds to the rating label of the appliance.
10. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
11. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
12. Don't let the motor unit, cord, or plug get wet.
13. Don't place the appliance in the hot ingredients.
14. The appliance is constructed to process normal household quantities.
15. Short-time operating. Don't use the appliance with blender stick (D) longer than 1 minute, and don't operate hard food longer than 15 seconds.
16. Do not misuse the product. It may cause injury if misuse.
17. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
18. It shall warn of potential injury from misuse.
19. They shall state that care shall be take when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
20. Switch off the appliance and disconnected from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts which move in use.

The main components include:

• Motor Unit (B): The main body with the power button, Turbo button, and speed knob.
• Blender Stick (C): For immersion blending.
• Whisk (H) & Whisk Holder (G): For whipping and beating.
• Chopper Bowl (F) & Chopping Bowl Lid (D) with "S" blade (E): For chopping ingredients.
• Smoothie Cup / Vessel (I): For blending smoothies and other liquids.

Note: The speed controller (J) adjusts the speed of the main switch. The "Turbo" switch operates at maximum speed and cannot be adjusted by the speed controller.

Setup & Assembly

The BioloMix hand blender features a detachable design for easy assembly and cleaning. Ensure the appliance is unplugged before assembly or disassembly.

Assembling the Blender Stick:

1. Align the blender stick with the motor unit.
2. Twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.

Assembling the Whisk:

1. Insert the whisk into the whisk holder.
2. Attach the whisk holder to the motor unit by twisting clockwise until it locks.

Assembling the Chopper:

1. Carefully remove the plastic cover from the "S" blade. Caution: The blade is very sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
2. Place the "S" blade onto the center pin of the chopper bowl. Press down the blade to secure it.
3. Place the chopper bowl on its anti-slip base.
4. Place the chopping bowl lid onto the chopper bowl.
5. Attach the motor unit onto the chopping bowl lid by twisting clockwise until it locks.

Operating Instructions

The BioloMix hand blender offers 30 adjustable speeds and a Turbo mode for optimal control over your blending tasks.

Using the Hand Blender Stick:

The hand blender is ideal for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, and baby food, as well as for mixing milkshakes.

1. Ensure the blender stick is securely locked onto the motor unit.
2. Introduce the hand blender into the vessel or container with your ingredients.
3. Press the power button to start with the selected speed (adjusted via the speed knob) or press the "Turbo" button for maximum speed.
4. Do not use the hand blender for longer than 1 minute continuously.
5. Caution: The blade is very sharp! Do not operate without liquid or food.

Using the Whisk:

The whisk is suitable for whipping cream, beating egg whites, and mixing sponges and ready-mix desserts.

1. Ensure the whisk is securely assembled with the whisk holder and motor unit.
2. Place the whisk into a vessel with your ingredients.
3. Press the power button to start or the "Turbo" button for maximum speed.
4. Do not use the whisk for longer than 2 minutes continuously.

Using the Chopper:

The chopper is perfect for hard foods like meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, and prunes. Avoid extremely hard foods such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans, and grains.

1. Ensure the chopper is securely assembled with the "S" blade and motor unit.
2. Place the food into the chopper bowl.
3. Press the power button to start or the "Turbo" button for maximum speed.
4. During processing, hold the motor unit with one hand and the chopper bowl with the other.
5. Do not operate hard food for longer than 15 seconds continuously.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your BioloMix Hand Blender.

1. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
2. Clean the motor unit and chopping bowl lid only with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water!
3. All other parts (blender stick, whisk, chopper bowl, smoothie cup) can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
4. After processing very salty food, rinse the blades immediately.
5. Be careful not to use an overdose of cleaner or decalcifier in your dishwasher.
6. If processing food with strong colors, plastic parts may become discolored. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before placing them in the dishwasher.
7. Caution: The blades are very sharp. Handle with care.

Troubleshooting

This product is equipped with double protection against motor overheating and overload.

• Motor Overheating: If the motor overheats, the machine will automatically stop (the light will remain ON). Allow the appliance to cool down for about half an hour before resuming use.
• Overload Protection: If the machine is overloaded during operation, the overload protection will activate, and the machine will automatically shut down (the light will also turn OFF). Adjust the working load condition, then unplug the power supply and plug it back in. The machine should then work again.

• For best results when making smoothies, start with softer ingredients and gradually add harder ones.
• When preparing baby food, ensure all ingredients are cooked and soft before blending for a smooth consistency.
• To prevent splashing, always immerse the blender stick or whisk into the ingredients before starting the motor.
• For quick cleaning of the blender stick, blend it in a cup of warm water with a drop of dish soap for about 20 seconds.
• Utilize the Turbo mode for short bursts when extra power is needed for tough ingredients or to achieve a finer texture.
