Safety Precautions

Setup
Battery Assembly
- Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight.
- Insert the recommended battery (1x26650 or 1x21700 depending on package) with the positive (+) end facing towards the lamp head.
- Securely screw the tail cap back on until it is fully tightened.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To Turn On/Off: Fully press and release the tail switch.
- Momentary Tactical Lighting: When the flashlight is off, lightly touch the tail switch to activate momentary lighting. The light will stay on as long as the switch is touched and turn off when released.
Mode Switching
While the flashlight is on, press the side switch to cycle through the brightness modes: Low → Medium → High → Extremely Bright.
Strobe Mode
With the flashlight on, press and hold the side switch for 1.5 seconds to enter Strobe mode. The flashlight will flash at a frequency of 10 Hz. Click the side switch again to return to the previous working mode.
Memory Mode
The flashlight automatically memorizes the last used brightness mode. When you turn the flashlight off and then on again, it will activate in the previously used mode.
Battery Indicator
The side switch features a built-in battery indicator light that illuminates when the flashlight is on. The color indicates the remaining battery power:
- Green: 100% - 80% (Very adequate)
- Yellow: 80% - 40% (Comparatively adequate)
- Red: 40% - 10% (Less power, pay attention)
- Flashing Red: 10% - 1% (Running out soon, charge immediately)
Low Voltage Warning: If the battery voltage drops below 3V while in use, the flashlight will gradually reduce its output to an energy-saving mode. If the voltage remains below 3V, the red battery indicator will flash, prompting you to charge the battery to prevent damage.
Charging
The SV83 flashlight supports charging via its Type-C USB interface. Follow these steps:
- Turn off the flashlight.
- Connect a USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the flashlight.
- The indicator light will show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.
- Once charging is complete, unplug the charging cable.
