1. Product Overview

The BAANOOL GPS-403C is a 4G LTE GPS Tracker designed for real-time vehicle location and management. It is suitable for various applications including logistics, automobile anti-theft, electric motorcycle anti-theft, bank cash transport vehicles, and official vehicle management. 2. Package Contents

Please check the contents of your package upon receipt. The standard package includes:

If you ordered the "With box" option, a product box will also be included. The Coban Web Platform services are provided free of charge.

3. Setup and Installation

3.1 SIM Card Installation

Before installing the device, ensure you have a valid 4G or 2G SIM card with data and SMS capabilities. Open the SIM card slot cover on the side of the device and insert the SIM card as shown in the diagram. Ensure it is securely seated.

3.2 Wiring Diagram

The GPS tracker requires proper electrical connection to your vehicle. Refer to the detailed wiring diagram below for correct installation. It is highly recommended that installation be performed by a qualified professional.

• Black Wire: Connect to (-) Power (Ground).
• Violet Wire: Connect to SOS button.
• Green Wire: Connect to (-) Door trigger.
• Red Wire: Connect to (+) Power via a 3A fuse.
• Blue Wire: Connect to (-) Door trigger.
• White Wire: Connect to ACC (Accessory power).
• Orange Wire: Connect to Microphone (MIC).
• Pink Wire: Connect to Alarm siren.
• Brown Wire: Connect to Fuel sensor (0-5V).
• White with Black Wire: Connect to Oil and power cut relay (to engine side).
• Yellow Wire: Connect to Oil and power cut relay (to fuel pump side).

Ensure all connections are secure and insulated to prevent short circuits or damage.

4. Operation

4.1 Web Platform (BAANOOL IOT)

The BAANOOL IOT web platform allows for real-time tracking and management of your GPS tracker. Access the platform via a web browser at http://www.baanoool.net.

Registration:

If you are a new user, click on "Register account" on the login page. You will need to enter the IMEI number of your device, create an account name and password, and provide a mobile phone number for verification/password retrieval. The account name and password will be the same for both the web and mobile app versions.

4.2 Mobile Application (BAANOOL IOT)

For convenient tracking on the go, download the BAANOOL IOT mobile application. You can find it by scanning the QR code below or searching "BAANOOL IoT" in Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Binding Device:

After downloading and installing the app, open it, register a new account (if you haven't already on the web platform), and log in. Follow the in-app instructions to bind your GPS-403C device using its IMEI number.

4.3 Remote Control (for GPS-403B model)

If you have the GPS-403B model, it includes a remote controller. This remote can be used to arm and disarm the tracker. For GPS-403C (and 403B), arming and disarming can also be done via the mobile app or by sending specific SMS messages to the device's SIM card number.

5. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your BAANOOL GPS-403C tracker, please follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Environmental Conditions: Operate the device within the specified temperature range of -20°C to +45°C and humidity of 5%-95% non-condensing.
• Water Resistance: The device has an IP65 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. Avoid submerging the device in water or exposing it to high-pressure water.
• Power Supply: Ensure the device is connected to a stable 12V-24V car power supply. The built-in 3.7V 300mAh Li-ion backup battery provides power in case of external power cut-off.
• Cleaning: Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
• Firmware Updates: Periodically check the BAANOOL IOT platform or contact support for any available firmware updates to ensure the device has the latest features and security enhancements.

If you encounter issues with your GPS-403C tracker, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Device not powering on:
  • Check the main power connection (Red wire to +12V/24V, Black wire to Ground).
  • Ensure the 3A fuse is intact and not blown.
  • Verify the vehicle battery has sufficient charge.
• No GPS signal/inaccurate positioning:
  • Ensure the device is installed in a location with a clear view of the sky, away from metal obstructions.
  • Allow sufficient time for "Time To First Fix" (Cold status 45s, Warm status 35s, Hot status 1s).
  • Check the Satellites LED indicator on the device.
• No network connection:
  • Verify the SIM card is correctly inserted and activated with data and SMS services.
  • Check the Network LED indicator on the device.
  • Ensure the SIM card has sufficient balance/data plan.
  • Confirm network coverage in the device's location.
• Cannot log in to Web Platform or Mobile App:
  • Double-check your account name and password.
  • Ensure your device's IMEI is correctly registered.
  • Verify your internet connection.
  • If you forgot your password, use the password retrieval option.
• Remote commands (e.g., oil cut-off) not working:
  • Ensure the device has a stable network connection.
  • Verify the wiring for the relay and associated functions is correct as per the wiring diagram.
  • Check if the command syntax (for SMS) is correct.
