1. Product Overview

2. Getting Started

2.1 Package Contents

2.2 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge your OHAYO X10MAX speaker. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the speaker's charging port and a 5V 2A power adapter. The charging indicator will show the charging status. A full charge provides up to 26 hours of playback at 65 decibels, though actual battery life may vary with volume and audio content.

2.3 Power On/Off

  • Power On: Long press the power button (labeled '1' in Figure 4) for 2 seconds.
  • Power Off: Long press the power button for 2 seconds.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing light).
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "OHAYO X10MAX" from the list.
  4. Once connected, the speaker will emit a confirmation sound, and the indicator light will become solid.

The speaker uses Bluetooth Version 5.3 for stable and low-latency connections.

3.2 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Interconnection

To achieve a true stereo sound experience, you can connect two OHAYO X10MAX speakers together using TWS technology.

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
  2. Double-click the 'Call/Play-Pause' button (labeled '5' in Figure 4) on one of the speakers to enter TWS interconnect mode.
  3. The speakers will automatically search for and pair with each other.
  4. Once paired, connect your device to one of the speakers via Bluetooth as described in section 3.1. Both speakers will now play audio in stereo.

3.3 Playback Modes

The OHAYO X10MAX supports multiple playback options:

  • Bluetooth Playback: Connect wirelessly to your device.
  • TF Card Playback: Insert a TF (MicroSD) card loaded with MP3, WAV, FLAC, or APE audio files.
  • AUX Playback: Connect via a 3.5mm audio cable to devices without Bluetooth.
  • TWS Interactive Playback: Connect two speakers for stereo sound (see section 3.2).

To switch between playback modes, double-click the power button (labeled '1' in Figure 4).

3.5 HD Hands-Free Calling

The speaker features a built-in high-definition noise-reducing microphone. When an incoming call is received while connected via Bluetooth, the music will automatically pause. Simply short press the 'Call/Play-Pause' button (5) to answer the call or long press to refuse it.

3.6 Rhythmic Lighting Effects

The OHAYO X10MAX features cool rhythmic RGB lighting effects that can enhance your listening experience. Short press the power button (1) to switch between different light effects or turn them off.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Waterproof Design (IPX7)

The OHAYO X10MAX features an IPX7 waterproof rating and a fully sealed design with a nylon and polyester music net cover. This makes it resistant to water splashes, rain, and even temporary submersion, making it suitable for outdoor use without fear of water damage.

4.2 General Care

  • Clean the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Avoid exposing the speaker to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
  • Ensure all port covers are securely closed when using the speaker near water.
  • Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use.

5. Troubleshooting
