1. Safety Instructions

  • Place the device on a flat, firm and stable surface. Do not put it on a carpet or rug.
  • Place the device in a well-ventilated location to prevent the accumulation of internal heat.
  • Protect the device from high temperatures, humidity, water and dust.
  • Do not place any objects near your device that may damage it (e.g. liquid-filled objects or candles).
  • Do not mix old and new batteries and Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (ni-cab, ni-mh, etc.) batteries.

The remote control provides easy navigation and control over your TV Box. Key buttons include:

4. Setup (System Connection)

  3. Set up a wireless network connection or insert an Ethernet cable for a wired network connection.

4.1. Startup

After connecting the power supply, the indicator light on the TV Box will turn on. Please wait for a moment for the device to enter the main screen.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Wi-Fi Setting

To connect to a wireless network:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find the Network Settings section.
  3. Locate the desired Wi-Fi hotspot, enter the password, and connect.

5.2. HD Output Setting

To adjust the display resolution:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find the Display section.
  3. Select and set your preferred resolution.

5.3. Application Installation

Online Installation:

  1. Open an app store installed on the box, such as APKPure or Google Play Store.
  2. Find the APK (application package) you wish to install.
  3. Download and install the application.

Local Installation:

  1. Download the APK file you need to install (note the distinction between 32-bit and 64-bit versions).
  2. Copy the APK file to a USB flash drive and connect the USB flash drive to the TV Box.
  3. Open the box's file manager or APKInstaller, locate the APK, and click to install.

5.4. Application Uninstallation

To remove an application:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find the App Management section.
  3. Locate the APK you wish to uninstall and click Uninstall.

Note: Some applications are system APKs and cannot be uninstalled.

5.5. Restore Factory Settings

If you encounter software problems like app flashing or unstable system operation, you can perform a factory reset:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find Factory Reset.
  3. Click "Factory Reset" and confirm.
  4. Wait for the device to automatically enter the main screen after the reset is complete. Ensure the device is not powered off during this process.

7. Troubleshooting

  • No display after power on?
    • Confirm your device is connected to the TV correctly and set the correct HD Input from your TV configuration.
    • Indicator light does not light up when power is turned on, and there is no output from the TV. Check whether the power supply is normal, check whether the power supply is damaged.
  • TV has images but no sound?
    • Make sure your TV is not in mute and low volume.
  • Fail to connect to the network?
    • Make sure the Ethernet cable is properly connected.
    • Make sure Wi-Fi is functional and your box has a strong enough signal from your router.
  • Remote control failure?
    • Replace the battery of the remote control with a new one, and make sure it is placed in the correct polarity.
    • Make sure the remote control is within the range of the TV box.
    • Go to the Setting menu to unpair and re-pair the remote control.
