Operating Instructions

1. Basic Controls

  • Throttle: Use the trigger on the remote controller to control forward and backward movement. Pull the trigger to accelerate forward, push it to brake or reverse.
  • Steering: Use the steering wheel on the remote controller to turn the RC car left or right.

2. Speed Adjustment

  • The remote controller features a speed switch. Turn the switch clockwise to increase the driving speed.
  • Turn the switch counter-clockwise to decrease the driving speed.

3. Steering Trim Adjustment

  • If the RC car does not drive straight, use the steering trim dial on the remote controller to fine-tune the wheel alignment until it tracks straight.

4. Driving on Various Terrains

Maintenance

1. Motor Cooling

The powerful motor is equipped with a metal heat sink to enhance heat dissipation. However, the motor can still get hot during extended use. To prolong motor life and prevent overheating, it is recommended to pause intermittently after approximately 15 minutes of continuous driving to allow the motor to cool down.

2. Cleaning

After use, especially after driving in dusty or muddy conditions, use the provided cleaning brush to remove dirt and debris from the RC car's chassis, wheels, and suspension components. Ensure no foreign objects impede moving parts.

3. Battery Care

  • Always fully charge batteries before storage.
  • Store batteries in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Do not overcharge or over-discharge batteries.
  • If the RC car will not be used for an extended period, remove batteries from both the car and the remote controller.

Troubleshooting

  • Car not responding: Check if both the car and remote are powered on. Ensure batteries are charged and correctly installed. Re-pair the remote controller if necessary.
  • Reduced performance/speed: Batteries may be low. Recharge the car batteries. Check for debris in the wheels or drivetrain.
  • Car pulls to one side: Adjust the steering trim on the remote controller.
  • Motor overheating: Allow the car to cool down after 15 minutes of continuous use. Ensure the motor's heat sink is clear of obstructions.

User Tips

  • Start Slow: If you're new to RC cars, begin with the speed switch set to a lower speed to get accustomed to the controls before increasing to maximum speed.
  • Terrain Awareness: While the car is IPX4 waterproof, avoid deep puddles or prolonged exposure to heavy water to protect electronics.
  • Battery Rotation: Utilize both included batteries by fully charging one while using the other, ensuring continuous playtime.
  • Post-Run Check: After each session, quickly inspect the car for any loose parts, debris, or signs of wear on the tires and suspension.
