5. Setup Instructions
5.1 Physical Connection
Connect the input voltage source to the VIN+ and VIN- terminals on the main board. Connect your load to the OUT+ and OUT- terminals. Ensure all connections are secure and observe correct polarity.
5.2 Fixed Output Voltage Setting (DIP Switch)
The base plate can be used independently for output current 0-15A (XY6015LV) or 0-20A (XY6020LV). Fixed output voltage can be set using the DIP switch on the base plate. Available fixed voltages are 5V, 9V, 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, and 60V.

Refer to the truth table on the back of the baseboard or the image above for correct DIP switch configurations for desired fixed output voltages. If other special voltages are required, contact customer service for customization.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel to power on the device. To shut down, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds.
6.2 Setting Voltage and Current

- Setting Voltage (CV): On the main UI, short press the V-SET button. The LCD will display "SET" in the lower row, and "CV" will flash, indicating the voltage setting position is selected and blinking. Short press the SW button or rotate the encoder to switch between digits. Rotate the encoder to adjust the value. After setting, short press V-SET to exit and save.
- Setting Current (CC): Short press the I-SET button. The setting steps are the same as for voltage.
6.3 Quick Setting of Voltage or Current
In the system parameter settings UI (see Section 6.6), set the parameter FET to CV or CC. Rotate the encoder on the main UI to enter the voltage or current setting UI. Rotate the encoder to quickly set the voltage or current.
6.4 Input/Output Voltage Display
On the main UI, press the SW button briefly to switch between input (IN) and output (OUT) voltage displays.
6.5 Checking Power, Capacity, Energy, Time, and Temperature
On the main UI, press the encoder button briefly to switch between displaying power (W), capacity (Ah), energy (Wh), time (h), and temperature (°C) in rotation.
6.6 Key Lock
On the main UI, press and hold the encoder button for 2 seconds to lock the operation. A lock symbol will appear on the display. Press and hold the encoder button for 2 seconds again to unlock.
6.7 Data Group Function

This product has 10 data groups (Cd0 to Cd9). Press and hold the V-SET button on the main UI to access the data group UI. Rotate the encoder to call up the corresponding data group. You can press V-SET/I-SET briefly to switch between constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) settings within the data group. After confirming the data group, press and hold the V-SET/SW button or press the encoder button briefly to select the desired data group.
6.8 System Parameter Settings

Press and hold the SW button on the main interface to enter the system settings menu. The first parameter is the buzzer setting (bEP). Press V-SET briefly to select the next parameter, and press I-SET briefly to select the previous parameter. After completing the settings, press and hold the I-SET/SW/encoder button to exit the settings.
6.9 CV/CC/CW Functions

- Constant Voltage (CV) and Constant Current (CC): When the constant power function is not turned on, the power supply only has CV and CC functions. It automatically switches based on the load. If load current is less than set current, power supply is in CV mode. If load current exceeds set current, power supply enters CC mode.
- Constant Power (CW): After the constant power function is turned on, the constant current value defaults to maximum, and the constant voltage value serves as the initial voltage. The corresponding voltage can be calculated based on Ohm's law (R=U/I). The constant power point algorithm automatically follows, and constant power is achieved.
To switch between Constant Power and Constant Power Value Setting: Press and hold SW on the main UI to enter system settings. Press I-SET/V-SET briefly to shift to the "-CP-" constant power switch option. Press ON to enable constant power and OFF to disable it. After enabling constant power, press I-SET briefly on the main interface to modify the constant power value.
6.10 Firmware Upgrade

The product supports firmware upgrades to obtain new functions. Currently, it only supports firmware upgrade through the WiFi module. In the future, it will also be possible to upgrade through multi-serial port host computer software (under development). Do not power off during the product upgrade process. If the product upgrade fails, you can press and hold the power button to power on the product and force it into upgrade mode.
6.11 Remote Control and Network Control

The module supports the standard Modbus protocol for serial communication, enabling remote multi-machine control. Communication control can be achieved with a separate bare board, providing a low-cost solution. You can connect an XY-K485X module for 485 bus control or a WiFi module for remote control via an APP and web-based networking control (SiniLink Cloud). The multi-serial port host software allows for batch control and simultaneous manipulation of multiple devices.

7. Maintenance
- Keep the device clean and free from dust and moisture.
- Do not expose the module to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Ensure proper ventilation, especially when operating at high power, to prevent overheating. The intelligent temperature-controlled fan will activate as needed.
- Regularly check all wiring connections for tightness and integrity.
8. Troubleshooting
The module includes multiple protection mechanisms to ensure safe operation. If the device stops functioning or displays an error, check the following:
| Protection Mechanism | Description / Default Value |
|---|---|
| Input Undervoltage Protection (LVP) | Adjustable (4.8-71V), default 4.8V |
| Output Overvoltage Protection (OVP) | Adjustable (0 to 65V), default 65V |
| Output Overcurrent Protection (OCP) | Adjustable (0 to 22.0A), default 22.0A |
| Over Power Protection (OPP) | Adjustable (1250W), default 1250W |
| Over Temperature Protection (OTP) | 60-110°C, default 95°C |
| Time Out Protection (OHP) | Adjustable (0 to 9999h), off by default |
| Over Capacity Protection (OAP) | Adjustable (0 to 9999Ah), off by default |
| Super Energy Protection (OPH) | Adjustable (0 to 9999Wh), off by default |
| External Temperature Sensor | 0-110°C, off by default |

If the device enters a protection state, identify the specific protection triggered (e.g., OVP, OCP) from the display or error codes. Address the underlying cause (e.g., reduce load, check input voltage) before resuming operation.
9. User Tips
- Always double-check wiring before applying power to prevent damage.
