7. Maintenance
- Keep the device dry. Moisture can damage the internal circuitry.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures.
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.
8. Troubleshooting
8.1 No Sound / Poor Audio Quality
- Ensure the YET-TX20 is fully charged.
- Verify that the correct mode (RX or TX) is selected for your setup.
- Check all audio cable connections (3.5mm AUX or USB-C) are secure.
- Ensure the volume on both the YET-TX20 and the connected audio devices is turned up.
- Confirm that the YET-TX20 is successfully paired with your Bluetooth device(s).
- Try switching audio codecs using the Audio Format Switch Key.
- Reduce the distance between the YET-TX20 and connected Bluetooth devices, ensuring no major obstructions.
8.2 Pairing Failure
- Ensure the YET-TX20 is in the correct mode (RX for receiving, TX for transmitting).
- Place the YET-TX20 and the target Bluetooth device close to each other (within 1 meter).
- Put both devices into pairing mode.
- Clear previous Bluetooth connections on both devices and try pairing again.
- Restart both the YET-TX20 and the target Bluetooth device.
8.3 Short Transmission Distance
- Ensure there are no physical obstructions (walls, large furniture) between the YET-TX20 and the connected Bluetooth device.
- Avoid placing the device near sources of strong electromagnetic interference (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, microwave ovens).
- The maximum working distance is approximately 10 meters in an open environment.
