5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Device
To clean the screen and exterior of the device, use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-safe cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the screen or casing.

Regularly format your TF card (at least once a month) to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption. Back up any important video files before formatting. Replace the TF card if you notice frequent errors or degraded performance.
6. Troubleshooting
- **Device not powering on:** Ensure the car charger is securely connected to both the device and the vehicle's power outlet. Check the vehicle's 12V power outlet for functionality.
- **No GPS navigation:** Remember that the DVR relies on your smartphone's GPS via CarPlay or Android Auto. Ensure your phone is connected and has GPS enabled. If using an external GPS antenna, ensure it is properly connected.
- **Rear camera not displaying:** Verify that the rear camera is correctly installed and connected to the main unit, especially the red wire to the reverse light power supply. Professional installation is recommended for complex wiring.
- **Screen mirroring issues:** Ensure both the dash cam and your phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network provided by the dash cam. Check your phone's screen mirroring settings.
- **Audio output problems:** Confirm the selected audio output mode (Built-in Speaker, AUX, FM, Bluetooth) is correctly configured and your car's audio system is set to the corresponding input.
- **ADAS warnings not functioning:** Ensure the ADAS feature is enabled in the settings and the front camera has a clear, unobstructed view of the road.
