5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the keyboard surface. For deeper cleaning, you may use a can of compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keycaps. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Keycaps: The PBT keycaps are durable, but avoid excessive force when removing or installing them to prevent damage to the switches.
- Storage: Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Keyboard Not Responding
- Wired Connection: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
- Wireless Connection (F68Pro): Check the keyboard's battery level. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is in pairing mode or already paired. Try re-pairing the device.
- Driver: Verify that your operating system recognizes the keyboard. If issues persist, check the web-driven customization tool for any conflicting settings.
6.2 RGB Lighting Not Working
- Ensure the keyboard is powered on.
- Check FN key combinations for lighting control (refer to Section 4.3).
- Access the web-driven customization tool to verify lighting settings.
6.3 Compatibility with PS5
While many USB keyboards are plug-and-play with gaming consoles like the PS5 for basic text input, advanced features such as magnetic switch customization and specific key remapping via the web driver may not be fully supported or accessible on console platforms. For optimal performance and full feature access, use the keyboard with a PC.
7. User Tips
- Adjusting Dead Zone: To prevent accidental triggers from subtle movements (e.g., hand movements, air conditioning airflow, table shaking), it is advisable to manually set the dead zone to about 0.1mm using the web-driven customization tool.
- Optimizing for Gaming: Experiment with the adjustable trigger reset area and 0 dead zone settings in the web driver to find the optimal response for your specific gaming style and preferred games.
- Firmware Updates: Periodically check the official product pages or the web-driven customization sites for any available firmware updates to ensure the best performance and latest features.
