  • 3D Face Recognition: Stand in front of the lock for quick face scanning.
  • Fingerprint Unlock: Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor for 0.4-second quick unlock.
  • Keypad (Password): Enter your registered password on the keypad.
  • Card: Present a registered card to the card reader.
  • Mechanical Keys: Use the physical key as a backup.
  • App: Remotely unlock the door via the Tuya/Graffiti APP.

7.4 Mechanical Anti-Lock Knob

7.6 Remote Unlocking via App

Once the lock is connected to the Tuya/Graffiti APP, you can remotely unlock the door. When someone rings the doorbell, you will receive a notification on your phone, allowing you to view the live feed and unlock the door remotely.

7.7 Low Voltage Warning

When the battery voltage drops below 25%, the lock will issue a voice warning. The battery power will still allow approximately 50 unlocks before completely depleting. It is recommended to charge the battery promptly.

7.8 Emergency Power

If the battery runs out completely, you can connect a Type-C USB cable to the emergency power interface on the lock and connect it to an external power source (e.g., power bank). This will provide enough power to unlock the lock for about 30 seconds.

7.9 Illegal User Alarm

If an unauthorized user attempts to unlock the door by inputting incorrect information (face, fingerprint, password, or MF cards) 5 consecutive times, the lock will trigger an alarm. It will also block further attempts for 90 seconds and send an alert message to the registered lock manager via the app. The lock will recover to normal status after 90 seconds.

8. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the lock surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or electronic components.
  • Battery Care: Recharge the built-in lithium battery regularly. Avoid letting the battery completely drain for extended periods to prolong its lifespan.
  • Sensor Maintenance: Keep the fingerprint, face recognition, and palm vein sensors clean and free of dust or smudges for optimal performance.
  • Mechanical Parts: Periodically check the mortise and handle for smooth operation. Lubricate if necessary with a suitable lubricant, avoiding contact with electronic parts.

9. Troubleshooting

9.1 Lock Not Responding

  • Check if the battery is charged. If not, use the Type-C emergency power.
  • Ensure the lock is properly installed and all connections are secure.

9.2 Unlocking Methods Not Working

  • Fingerprint/Face/Palm Vein: Ensure the sensor/camera is clean and your registered data is correctly captured. Try re-registering if issues persist.
  • Password: Double-check the entered password. Ensure the keypad is clean and responsive.
  • Card: Ensure the card is correctly registered and placed close to the reader.

9.3 App Connection Issues

  • Ensure your home WiFi network is stable and the lock is within range.
  • Verify that the Tuya/Graffiti APP is updated to the latest version.
  • Try restarting your router, smartphone, and the smart lock.
  • If pairing fails, try resetting the lock to factory settings and re-pairing.

9.4 Frequent False Alarms

  • Adjust the Anti-Skid Alarm sensitivity in the lock settings if available.
  • Ensure the door is properly closed and latched.

9.5 Low Battery Warning Persists After Charging

  • Ensure the Type-C cable and power source are functioning correctly.
  • Allow sufficient time for the battery to charge. If the issue persists, the battery may need replacement.

10. User Tips

  • Door Compatibility: Before purchasing or installing, always verify that the lock's specifications (e.g., door thickness, mortise type) are compatible with your existing door.
  • Regular Backups: Keep your mechanical keys in a secure, easily accessible location outside your home for emergency entry.
  • App Notifications: Enable push notifications for the Tuya/Graffiti app to receive real-time alerts for doorbell rings, illegal entry attempts, and low battery warnings.
  • Administrator Management: Regularly review and update registered users and their access permissions through the administrator menu or the app.
